I used it last year with no issues now I have no fonts and no help. I have wasted so much time . I even went out and bought more cricket products that I’m thinking about returning if I dint have luck in the morning. I’m trying to design a Denim & Diamonds JJ’s 99 with no luck

I’ve had this machine for over a year. I got it for Christmas in 2024 and have not been able to make anything. I would like to be able to use it before purchasing any apps since I don’t know which app would be good for me. Did not even come with a manual. Kind of worthless at this point.
