I can’t sign into Facebook,Apple ID because your game can’t connect to the Internet anymore.

Even though on my end I do have internet connection.

Please fix the internet connection issue that your app interior design game is having because no one can play your app. 

Your website for App Support isn’t working either.

After playing the game for about 10 minutes, it would not let me move on from the part where I need to “create” your own painting as part of the first level. I’ve tried playing the game several times and it does not work. I’ve tried closing and reopening the game it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried using mobile data and WiFi and it still doesn’t work, which is a real shame because I was really enjoying the interface and the graphics of the game. I thought it was very clean and the music is very relaxing to listen to whilst playing the game. Very disappointed indeed.

I would definitely give this app/game 5 stars but now it keeps saying connection lost and please check your internet connection. My connection is fine. I was super far in the game but as usual, when a game acts up, you delete and reinstall. However, all that did was start me completely over and even then it won’t let me design anything with the cash earned from playing the game. Will only let you play the matching part of the game. Nothing else anymore. Really SUCKS! Was one of my favorite games to play.

One of my favorite games ever, however, bummed cuz I haven’t been able to play for months. The game opens and stops loading at 83% and it never moves from there. If anyone can fix this but please do I miss my fave game!!

LOVE THIS GAME 
Love everything about it however I have been experiencing a glitch for the past few weeks whereby I can’t move on to the next level because it is telling me that I am not connected to the internet 
I have purchased a brand new apple I pad and deleted my previous achievements and re loaded the game from the App Store but still receiving the same notification saying that I am not connected to the internet. 
Have checked my internet which is working.
Just can’t go to the next chapter.

(I only put 5 stars so you would see this)So when I downloaded the game it seemed really fun but now but I’m having an issue with building. I don’t know why it now occurred.  EVERYTIME I try to build something it says (connection is lost pls check your internet) and my internet is perfectly fine. I don’t know if this is a bug or anything BUT PLEASE fix it’s really annoying.😡

画面がとても綺麗で楽しみにプレイしていました。
しかし、このところ新しいルームが更新されないばかりか、部屋のデザインをしようとすると『接続が失われました』「インターネット接続を確認して再試行してください！」が必ず出てきてプレイを続けることができません。
一度アプリを削除して入れ直しても同じです。
もうプレイはできないのでしょうか。

Could not get into the game since yesterday, the screen keep shows pop up ‘connection was lost, check your internet connection and try again’, while connection is fine & okay.

Is there any problem with the game now ?
