J’ai toujours 3 étoiles pour les trajets que je fais et malgré cela difficile d’obtenir un rabais plus élevé que 16%. Impossible de d’obtenir 20-25% de rabais quand on fait des trajets long et si nous sommes dans les heures de circulation même si notre conduite est excellente, ce qui enlève l’intérêt de l’application pour ma part!

Not realistic and accurate in intensity. Sometimes a fall of phone from cradle counts as manipulation of phone. Bumper to bumper traffic rolling at 20km compared to going 60 and braking shouldn’t count as a hard stop

The app is using the phone’s location services to monitor the drivers. However it’s not always accurate. On top of that, it’s very picky about breaking and accelerating. It doesn’t work well.

J’ai de la difficulté à comprendre un pourcentage à 83% quand tu fais des trajets sans faille. Autre point, si quelqu’un décide de traverser sur l’autoroute, tu freine pour éviter une collision, un piéton, tu es pénalisé d’avoir freiner et éviter le pire. Tu es imprudent mais tu as sauvé une vie. Trouve l’erreur. Je laisse encore quelques jours mais pas sûr de conserver cette application qui ne peut discerner.

J’ai l’impression de jouer un jeu vidéo en allant réclamer mes points chaque fois que je prends le volant. C’est une perte de temps. Et les résultats ne tiennent pas compte des obstacles spontanés sur la route (chevreuil, trous, etc). 
Je veux mes rabais bon conducteur mais c’est demandant.

Mon score est de 84 % depuis quelques mois et j’ai toujours des trois sur mon application alors je ne 
comprends pas pourquoi mon score est si bas. À moins que vous vouliez baisser mon score de 97 % d’habitude ça fait deux ans que j’ai 97 % et maintenant seulement 84 donc c’est un stratégie pour que je paye plus mon assurance.

For the most part the app is ok but is most times over sensative to everything which i believe is to benefit the insurance company and not us . I am an extremely good driver and lately have had to take a detour going to work because of bridge work. There is a slight turn and the app thinks im going to fast when in fact i slow down to turn like i normally would plus its a gravel road. Im thinking the app will only allow a certain score and our insurance will end up going up tearly anyway.

All perimeters will say excellent, yet I get 2 stars not 3. Also, the ins driven are inconsistent and often change / decrease.  You get dinged for quick acceleration, yet you can’t get on the hwy doing 50km….

I always drive in the speed limits. The app applies max penalty when I brake to stop at a red light but if I’m driving within speed limit I shouldn’t be penalized. Take away stars if I’m speeding and then brake rather than if I just stop at a light! Take away stars for speeding period and for distractions. (Although it’s my kids that sometimes check and write my messages)

Il arrive souvent que j’ai un passager qui utilise mon cellulaire pendant un déplacement. Malheureusement, je semble perdre des points pour “distraction” alors que je ne suis pas en faute… ce serait un bon “twick” à ajouter à l’application.

D’autre part… j’apprécie voir le km que je fais à vélo!!

Pas très bien fait, si quelqu’un te coupe ou un nid de poule peux importe et que tu freine tu perd des points. Tu embarque sur une voie à 90km et que tu dois accélérer et bien tu perd encore des points et j’en passe….

Le tracking est moyen, les petits évènements de vitesse/accélération sont très punitif en comparaison des trajets parfaits. Ça prend plusieurs trajets parfaits pour monter de 1%, mais 1 seul pour en descendre de 10%.

Have watched and tracked the app. The score changes without reason. The accuracy is not good enough for honest analyzing for discounts or charges. I would suggest to not use the adjusto. It opens you up for it to charge extra.

la moindre petite derogation coûte de gros points même si c’est le résultat d’un autre conducteur qui nous coupe le chemin et provoque un freinage inevitable. et la perte de % semble permanente. l’application a pour but de réduire toutes imperfections en pénalité et non de récompenser les conducteurs prudents.

You don’t give the option to have passenger send an text for you or call.  
For braking, you don’t take into consideration that you are cut off, and you are avoiding an accident.
The app doesn’t take into consideration that you are following the speed of traffic.
Your app is not up to date on all speed changes on a road.
Sometimes you need to exaccelerate to get on to a highway.

I’m a very safer driver. I have a professional defensive driving course. I almost don’t use my break which sounds strange for some because I manage speed constantly and with all this I have the score 72 and it is punishing acceleration. I have very high score on in the other parameters but is not an average thing so don’t get excited. The only way to break less than I break is not driving the car or dangerous driving at 20km per hour or not driving at all.
Yes, you are going to get some discount but don’t expect the same they have offered you to get the insurance. I don’t want to call it a scam, you make your own conclusions.

I don’t mind the app. The intent is great HOWEVER, I have twice had someone walk into street without looking which caused me to break hard. Instead of rewarding my quick reactions and not causing an accident, the system penalizes you for hard breaking….and in fact states that breaking is the most important thing they look at. Why use an app that penalizes you for driving safely?

Very disappointed with Desjardins for their deceptive practices around the never ending Adjusto monitoring program. They are not the trustworthy company they used to be.

Phone is always in my pocket and it’s not a hard brake.  It even happens in the work parking lot when I pull a transport truck up to the shop to back it in.

I’ve had a clean driving record for years. I’ve never been at fault in an accident, never filed an insurance claim, and I consider myself a defensive driver. Despite that, the Adjusto app consistently gives me poor scores for situations that are actually the result of driving safely.

The biggest flaw is how it scores hard braking. Defensive drivers sometimes have to brake suddenly because other people drive recklessly. If someone cuts me off or stops unexpectedly, I have two choices: brake hard to avoid a collision or hit them. The app punishes me for choosing the safer option. Ironically, avoiding an accident saves the insurance company money, yet I’m penalized for it.

The distraction detection is just as bad. As a parent, I often hand my phone to one of my children while I’m driving so they can watch a video or stay entertained. The app frequently assumes that I’m using the phone and records it as distracted driving. There is no meaningful way for the app to distinguish between legitimate passenger use and driver distraction.

Because of these false detections, a single trip can receive one star and drag down an otherwise excellent overall score. It feels less like a tool to encourage safe driving and more like a mechanism to justify reducing the discounts that customers were promised.

To make matters worse, insurance premiums continue to increase year after year, even with an impeccable driving record. Customers are also told that rates are influenced by where they live and the claims history in their area, factors completely outside their control. So even if you drive responsibly, you’re still paying for everyone else’s risk while an app finds additional reasons to lower your discount.

A telematics program should reward safe driving, not punish defensive driving or make assumptions based on flawed algorithms.

Until Adjusto can accurately distinguish between genuine risky behaviour and responsible driving, I cannot recommend it.

Il ne suffit que d’un trajet pour baisser de 5-6 points . Les 4 critères ne sembles pas avoir la même importance. Car si on fait la moyenne des 4, on arrive pas du tout au score qui nous est donné.

Only one thing needs it’s in profile when adding the phone number saying add other phone number the phone number already use and that’s is seems wrong , as well needs to use 2FA for a login on the app and on the web . Over all the service and use of the app great .

Il m’est arrivé 2 à 3 de descendre du véhicule et de voir que ajusto avait continué à mesurer mon parcours. Et, avec le téléphone qui bouge rapidement, le système a considéré que je roulais à grande vitesse. Il s’en est suivi une mauvaise évaluation de conduite ; l’auto pourtant à l’arrêt

Merci pour la dernière mise à jour tout est revenu à la normale pour mon iphone 7 plus , fini les crashs . Merci pour finalement avoir corriger les problèmes. Mais en même temps je ne suis pas sûr d’être capable de rattraper les kilomètres perdu .J’étais déjà sur la barre, étant à la retraite pas beaucoup de km.

Depuis que j’ai le programme ajusto je prend garde à ma conduite et mes comportement au volant plus fréquemment qu’avant, mais je trouve que les certaines zones de vitesse sont mal rédigé vis à vis l’application et la localisation
