Could do without the nagging advice on posture and “challenges” and just stick to controlling the desk. I have 2 of these desks next to each other. It would be great if the app could let me control both at the same time and also link them together to set at same height etc. Currently I have to switch between the two desks in the app and control each one separately ### 2/5 — Could be far better *2026-07-20, version 2.1.0* This is a good app with a lot of potential, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. One feature I’d like to see is a single-touch option to adjust the height position, which seems like it would be a straightforward addition to the app. It would also be helpful to have a physical way to return the device to a specific favorite position. I understand these enhancements may require significant planning and development, but they would greatly improve the overall user experience. ### 2/5 — Could be Good but Currently Very Buggy *2026-06-12, version 2.1.0* My company got these new LINAK desks and there are a few good features about them, or at least in theory. It is good in its features for setting favorite heights and automatic drive, but its timer is very inefficient. If you set it, the app never follows through with app or light reminders. In fact, the notification settings I’m setting keep toggling after I set them and save it. It also is constantly disconnecting. Its stand data is very unreliable as well. I very much like the proposed ideas this app claims it can do but it’s not actually executing it. The app seems like it’s not fully developed and from previous feedback it doesn’t seem like the developers are too concerned. I don’t want this to be a review of complaining, I only want to say that improving the app’s user capabilities will make the experience of this product much more enjoyable, and I would love to come back later and give 5 star feedback ### 3/5 — Too complicated *2026-01-20, version 2.1.0* The app works fine but I just want my desk to go up and down, I don’t need “daily challenges”. ### 2/5 — Works, but… *2026-01-13, version 2.1.0* It works but the lack of support for the Apple Shortcuts and being unable to see the Automatic Drive setting is a huge pain. The Desk Control app defaults to the “stats” tab. But I open the app to control my desk 99% of the time so it should open to the control tab first. Thank you! The control tab works well allowing me to set a few heights and hold the button as the desk adjusts to the set height. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Doesn't really do anything *2025-03-18, version 2.1.0* I understand that there are probably safety concerns, but the only point of the app would be to be able to just get the table go to a preset position. I can't even edit the positions in the app. I'm sure that it could be dangerous if I'm able to operate the table from another room while not seeing it and it could harm somebody. I get this, but the app is pretty useless nonetheless. But the worst part is that you need to keep pressing the button, or at least I didn’t find how to automatically send the desk at a favorite position without keeping it press. It tracks vaguely how long you are standing but honestly I don’t even care or look at that. Pairing was easy. You get 3 favorites which you can use from your phone or the desk but you have to hold the button on the app to go to the setting, honestly it’s a safety feature (think kids). If you open the app without Bluetooth it make get a little funky just kill it and re-open it with Bluetooth on. ### 5/5 — Sehr guter Support *2022-04-16, version 2.0.9* Erst hat es gar nicht so geklappt, wie ich es erhofft hatte, dann ging einiges, aber leider nicht alles. Zwar wäre noch toll, wenn man Parallel auch die App am Mac nutzen könnte, aber das ist sicher eine Limitierung vom Bluetoothdongle, dass dieser sich nur mit einem Gerät verbinden kann. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr froh, dass ich nun diese App mit meinem Tisch so nutzen kann, wie es gedacht ist. Other than that, everything else is perfect. Pairing went smoothly. Interface and visuals are reasonable and intuitive Fitness/calories/challenge features are pretty basic and simple, but that simplicity has its own appeal. Making the table pause for a brief moment at "favorite" positions is a nice touch.
