I used to use this app and it was a wonderful way to exercise, especially since I have problems with my feet and hands and the app spent time on both of those. I also like how it goes from one to the next on its own and speaks giving me instructions. I would like it better if it had a small break in between exercises, so I could get things like a water bottle. Unfortunately, I can’t use it anymore because I updated my iOS and the app doesn’t work with this version.

This app is very plain and dull! No frills! The videos to show the examples are there however unable to be accessed! The examples are separate from the exercises. You should be able to workout with the video or virtual trainer. The creators should review other apps as it is a good idea but it’s behind in technology...😔😞
