## What is DeskAli?

DeskAli is an AI receptionist and job-management workspace for Australian service businesses.

When you are on a job, driving or unavailable, Ali can answer your business calls, collect the caller's details and create a record for you to review. DeskAli keeps calls, customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, schedules, forms and follow-up work together.

CALL HANDLING
• Answers according to your configured call handling
• Captures the caller's name, number and request
• Records and transcribes calls when enabled
• Flags uncertain details for review instead of silently guessing
• Creates enquiries, bookings and follow-up work

RUN THE WORK
• Manage customers, contacts and sites
• Create jobs, quotes, invoices and purchase records
• Schedule work and track its status
• Complete forms and retain job records
• Review calls, messages, reminders and notes
• Use maps and travel information for field work

TEACH ALI YOUR BUSINESS
Add your services, prices, service area, common questions and preferred call handling so Ali can respond using the information you approve.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
DeskAli offers Starter, Core and Pro auto-renewable subscriptions with monthly and annual billing options. The exact localized price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Features and included call minutes vary by plan.
