## What is Deskare Kiosk?

Deskare Kiosk turns a tablet into a kiosk connected to your Deskare workplace. Depending on where you install it, it displays a meeting room or welcomes your visitors.

Mounted at the door of a room, the tablet shows at a glance whether the room is free or busy.
• Real-time availability and the day's schedule
• Instant booking: 15 min, 30 min, 1 h or until the next meeting
• Check-in on arrival: without a confirmation, the room is released automatically
• Extend or end a meeting early in one tap
• Synced with your Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 calendars

VISITOR MODE
Placed at the front desk, the tablet becomes a modern, self-service reception.
• Check-in by QR invitation or as a walk-in
• A form customized in your company colors
• NDA review and signature on the spot
• Automatic host notification as soon as their visitor arrives
• Every visit tracked in real time in Deskare

EASY TO ROLL OUT
• Set up in a minute: a PIN code links the tablet to a room or a front desk
