DeskBreath keeps your breath deep and your body moving while you work — without pulling you out of focus.

Start a work session and tap the breathing orb once to begin. Distinct haptics for inhale, hold, and exhale let you feel the rhythm without staring at the screen. Every so often, a gentle reminder nudges you to drop your shoulders, stretch your neck, and stand up — and it only counts toward your stats when you actually tap "Done."
