But is it so ? This software has many problems but to list down few are 1. Journal ledger and bank entries doesn’t reflects and working properly at all 2 The stocks available in products and stock from the report are different AMAZING RIGHT !!!! Which one is correct 😂? 3 Customers ledger in terms of money they owe to you in reports and contacts shown are different figures they don’t match. By chance if you open and give the figure they owe you from contacts then they will stop doing business with you 😂 4 DESKERA CLAIM IT IS GST COMPLAINT SOFTWARE. REALLY ITS A JOKE. Credit notes are reflected in the GSTR 1. So eventually u are depend on deskera to fill your return YOU ARE IN A BIG MESS AS THE DATA THAT COMES IT ABSOLUTELY WRONG. 5. Some basic things like having ledger available on the mobile app for the sales person is a basic need and it is no rocket science. That is also not available on mobile phone app. There many more. REQUESTING DESKERA TO NOT FOOL PEOPLE WITH FALSE RATING AND INCOMPLETE SOFTWARE. IF THEY REALLY WANT TO EXCEL THEN BETTER SOLVE THE ABOVE QUERIES AND ALSO THE QUERIES OF MANY SUCH PEOPLE WHO WOULD BE COMPLAINING FOR THE FAULT IN BASIC THINGS. ### 1/5 — Horrible technical issues *2023-02-08, version 2.0.75.2.0* We bought deskera before 1 and half month. Made all efforts to migrate the data from our old software to Deskera only to realise that there are basic issues with the software. When you post a receipt, it doesn’t reflect on the bank ledger. If you post expense entry once, system automatically creates 5-6 similar entries which again do not reflect in the ledger balance or report.
