Like dealing with attachments and the view-ability on the phone platform. The desktop website works much better. There are no other options for apps with Deskpro, so if you want to use it on the go, you are stuck with this. I wish that they would spend some further time developing this application and allowing those who are always on the go the same ability and seem-less functionality that their online application has. ### 3/5 — Better than before but still bugs… *2023-01-20* App seems to work well but still has little bugs.
