## What is DeskStretch?

DeskStretch gently reminds you to get up and move during long hours at your desk, then guides you through quick stretches you can do right where you are.

- Remind me every 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 / 120 minutes, only during your active hours (e.g. 9:00-18:00).
- Stretch by body area: neck, shoulders, back & hips, wrists & arms, legs and eyes.
- Every stretch is guided with an animated illustration, clear steps and a countdown timer.
- Build a daily streak and see your weekly activity to make movement a habit.
- Tap "Stretch now" to start a session anytime, without waiting for a reminder.
- Private by design: no account, no login, no cloud. Everything stays on your device, fully offline.

A simple answer to "sitting is the new smoking." Available in English and Japanese.
