Defeating level 93 with more than 5-10 lives is impossible, so winning the 100 is impossible. No game should be truly impossible to win. ### 3/5 — Unable to place tower on board iPad ios15.7 *2022-10-15, version 2.5* You can not drag and drop on to the board. I agree that medium should be beatable with 20 lives, but I think it’s fair if it requires some shuffling at the end. I think it’s “wrong” that the bash tower works on flying creeps, but I kind of enjoy that it does. ### 3/5 — Needs some difficulty balancing. *2021-04-03* I enjoyed this game years ago and rated it 5 stars back then. It’s mechanically the same game now as it was, however... I’m no rookie with this game. Yet, after playing perhaps 100+ times I’ve learned it’s impossible to win the MEDIUM level without losing lives. I want to win with 20 lives remaining. It’s possible Unless if you juggle the creeps back and forth through the maze. But, in my opinion the juggling strategy should only be necessary for the HARD level. The game would be more enjoyable if it was better BALANCED so that perfect victory could be achieved on medium with a full and well designed maze. Hence only 3 stars. Winning on hard with 20 lives remaining - not possible. ### 4/5 — Great game *2021-03-25* The most recent update allows for smooth, consistent gameplay much more similar to the original. Trackpad tower placement seems to be way off and the keys from the old Flash game don't seem to do anything. ### 1/5 — Bad copy *2021-01-16* The original one this is a ripoff of was awesome. This one is a buggy mess, there are spots you just cant build on all over the board rendering the game useless. Too bad. ### 2/5 — Entirely unplayable on iPhone *2025-02-07* I used to play this a jillion years ago on the desktop and it was great. The translation to mobile is unplayable. I was so disappointed that I couldn't play this on browser anymore, but this port is perfect! It's so fun. It seems like the issues noted by other reviewers have been fixed. I'm playing on an iPhone SE and it works just fine, despite my small phone size. I only wish there was a way to pay $5 or $10 to remove advertisements. This is one of my favourites and scratches that itch. It is in need of balancing on the 100 level challenge. I have been trying to clear it for a few months but can’t get past levels 77-81. Even with not losing any lives at that point I get overrun, trying different mazes and tweaking them every play through to try to beat it. The other levels are fine and can be beaten fairly easily once you find the right maze/tower combo.
