## What is Deskwoot?

Deskwoot for iPhone is the mobile companion app for the Deskwoot customer support platform. Designed for support agents and team leads who need to stay responsive while away from their desk.

Key Features:

• Unified Inbox – View all open, pending, and resolved conversations in one place. Filter by "Mine" to focus on conversations assigned to you, or browse unassigned tickets your team needs to pick up.

• Reply Anywhere – Send messages, attach photos from your camera or library, insert canned responses with the slash trigger, and switch between public replies and private notes that only your team can see.

• AI Assist – Generate suggested replies, improve your draft messages, and summarize long conversation threads with one tap.

• Smart Notifications – Get instant push alerts when customers message you, when conversations are assigned to you, or when a bot hands off to a human. Customize per-type push preferences inside the app.

• One-Tap Macros – Run pre-configured macros to apply common combinations of status changes, assignments, and labels.

• Bulk Actions – Long-press any conversation to enter selection mode, then resolve, mark pending, or set priority on multiple conversations at once.

• Contact CRM – View customer profiles, add notes, and see their full conversation history.

• Multi-Channel – Works with email, web chat widget, messaging apps, and more. All consolidated in one inbox.

Note: Deskwoot is an agent-side helpdesk app. Existing Deskwoot users can sign in with their account credentials. End-customer messaging happens via the Deskwoot widget on customer websites and not within this app.

You can now spot verified customers instantly. When a signed-in user of your website is identity-verified, a badge appears next to their name in conversations and contact details, so registered customers are easy to tell apart from anonymous visitors. This release also includes minor fixes and improvements.
