Cada vez que voy a hace runa compra sufro con el app. Soy cliente desde ya por lo menos 1 año y medio o más y no logro entrar al app con mi email y contraseña. Le pico a olvidé contraseña y no me llega el email para poder cambiarla. Me dicen que me van a descontar el envío si hago una compra mayor a 650 pesos, y aunque mi compra supera el monto igual me cobran el envío. Sus productos son excelentes, pero caros para tener una app tan mala. Es pésima!

Creo que necesitábamos algo así hace tiempo. No sólo podemos cuidar el planeta y los productos son excelentes,  sino que también es súper cómodo que vengan a tu casa a rellenarte los productos. 🙌🏼
