## What is DestekPro?

El principal objetivo de Destek es actuar de forma eficiente y rápida ante una incidencia.
Al tener un problema con maquinaria, la empresa que recibe soporte se podrá poner en contacto con la empresa que le da soporte por medio de un sistema de incidencias, citas y mensajes desde la aplicación.
Con ayuda de las videollamadas con integración de Realidad Aumentada el problema en cuestión podrá ser resuelto de la forma más rápida, cómoda e intuitiva que existe en el sector.
Además se incluye la posibilidad de adjuntar recursos tanto a una máquina como a una incidencia en concreto para poder resolver futuras incidencias de forma más rápida y fiable.

Función de Chat
    Si la empresa es "Premium" (si tiene una suscripción de pago activa).
    Tendrá acceso al chat en tiempo real por cada incidencia tanto la empresa que da soporte como la que recibe el soporte.
    Podrán estar en el mismo chat a la vez múltiples usuarios para facilitar el soporte a una incidencia.
    Al cerrar la incidencia se generará un archivo TXT con el registro del chat para poder revisarlo sin opción a editarlo.

General
    Se puede monitorizar el consumo de minutos de videollamada y espacio de almacenamiento en la pantalla de inicio.
