We love most shows regarding Alaska but this was our favorite! Why was it canceled? Is there any chance that you’ll reconsider and bring Railroad Alaska back on Destination America or Discovery? Been looking for Nick & Katrina since last season. So frustrated don’t know if ill remember to check back to see if you’ve fixed problems. Also not many shows in total on Dest. So it’s nice. Only complaint is the high number of commercials. Be nice to limit the commercials to only 0-4 instead of 8 in a row at times. Jeez I put my phone down and walk off. But what I think 🤔 it is a 4/5. I love 😍 ”Destination America”. Exspetiuly the show ”Haunted Collector”, and ”Mountain Monsters”. The bad thing is, is that ”Haunted Collector” is not a Tv show anymore 😔. One thing about this app is that you have to sign up of your account for your TV. The thing why I don't like the is because it could be a spam. I'm not hating or anything but still. That's not necessary. So that's my review of this app. I know it's short but I don't really have a lot to say for this app. But if you are reading this, beware around children because there is cussing in some of the videos. But yeah, there's not a lot to say. So if I was reading this review I would take all of the information and use it wisely. But I would definitely download this app. If you download it hope you like it🙏😉😁. ### 3/5 — Too many ads *2018-11-28, version 2.14.0* Great show like mountain monster But way too many commercials ### 3/5 — Dont bother if you don’t have cable *2018-07-19, version 2.13.0* I got this App expecting to have to pay some kind of subscription fee, since I knew it was too good to be true that a free app would give me unlimited access to some of my favorite shows. But I’m not about to sign up for cable in order to use the app. Talk about a let down. I gave it three stars because the app itself isn’t to bad from what I was able to do on it. No buffering. But the commercials were a bit much, given you HAVE to already be paying for cable to gain full access. Again, even with a subscription fee, I wouldn’t have cared about the commercials. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t get it *2019-10-06, version 7.5.5* I pay sling to watch your channels and yet you don’t give us the ability to watch all the episodes? I love the channel just hate how I can’t get a person to talk to either. In the meantime, check out the unlocked episodes under stream for free. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-03-14, version 2.16.0* I love destination America but this app does not work all my other apps and the other tv channel apps like TLC go or Travlechannle go work wonderfully, I have a very reliable new I pad and this App will not load I have to delete it and re download every time I want to watch something and if I click out of it accidentally I’m can’t get back in, I don’t have any clue why this is happening but I wish it was fixed already. ### 1/5 — Can’t ever get signed in. Commercials have more airtime than the actual show. I mean, come on! No and to top that off two brand new episodes were on last night but you guys can’t simply update your app so therefore I can’t watch it, no wonder ghost adventures has stuck around with the travel channel it’s because destination America is sooo lame! ### 1/5 — YIKES *2018-09-07, version 2.13.0* This worked ONCE on my iPad while connected to my home network, which gets its IP service from Charter/Spectrum. Next attempt, nothing would play even though logged in, ALL things were showing red which was explained away as not being available on my network. Funny thing that...the show is ON MY TV at the moment, but not on my IPAD and yet as soon as I try on my mobile phone..it works? Inconsistent. I’m not throttled, and there’s plenty of data. Not coming back to this for a while. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous Commercials *2018-09-02, version 2.13.0* We are trying to watch shows through an app NOT on live television, why the hell do they have to put 2.5-3.5 minute long commercial breaks in their shows? Are you kidding me, this is becoming intolerable and making it difficult to watch any of the shows. I end up falling asleep waiting for the commercials to end. I’m going to stick to Netflix and my other on-the-go apps which don’t have ridiculously long unnecessary and frequent commercial breaks in their shows. ### 1/5 — Trash *2018-07-09, version 2.12.0* I have signed in at least a dozen times and each instance it keeps displaying that I am not signed in. The DiscoveryGO app works fine, I don’t see why it’s so difficult for the sister app to work similarity without all the sign in issues.
