You have to do essentially 60 hours of straight bulwark ops just to max your emanare, and that’s not including the morgan’s prey and legacy you’ll have to farm which will be another 10-20 hours of grinding. There’s no reason why bulwark, which takes 20 minutes minimum to complete, should only give enough rewards to level up your emanare 1.5 times.
