Destress Now directly tracks and analyzes heart rate variability (HRV) in health data through HealthKit, allowing you to intuitively understand your body's condition.

System Permissions
Photo Album Permission: Requests access to your photo album to save images to your local album. Access occurs only when you actively save.
Camera Permission: Requests access to your camera. Upon your authorization, it captures the frequency of light changes around your finger to measure your heart rate.
Location Permission: Requests access to your location information to provide local weather, view daily UV intensity, and calculate vitamin D-related data.
You can disable photo album, camera, and location permissions at any time in system settings.

HealthKit
This app uses HealthKit. With your authorization, it can read your relevant health data from the Health app (including steps, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep analysis, activity records, and mindfulness/emotion data) to analyze HRV, sleep quality, real-time stress and emotional state, providing you with comprehensive health references.
You can manage or revoke authorization for this app at any time in the system Health app.

Your current trial subscription is about to change to a paid subscription.       The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.       You will be automatically charged at the same price and enjoy the same period of privileges for auto-sub that can be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to take effect.

Re-sub fee will be automatically charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Users can self-manage subscriptions or turn off auto-sub at iTunes Account settings.       All unused periods of free trial shall be forfeited upon purchasement of subscription.
