## What is Destresslyf?

In the fast-changing modern mechanized world, stress is inevitable. People face stress in all phases of their lives. 

Some of the reasons may be due to 
			
	•	Stress in Relationships, Break Up/Divorce
	•	Financial Hardship 
	•	Stress due to Job or Lack of it
	•	Chronic Illness of Self or Loved Ones
	•	Death in a Family and so on

Stress affects physical and mental health and leads to various “Psychosomatic Disorders“ such as Migraine, Backache, Heart disorders, hypertension etc.
	
Stress also results in “Psychological Disorders”, such as Acute Stress Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorders etc.

To help people, de-stress and/or cope up with stress, a technique called "Amaidhi Payirchi" (Positive Behavior Therapy) was developed by Dr. Hemalatha Natesan, a renowned psychologist based in Tamil Nadu, India. This proven technique has been successfully implemented for more than two decades with a profound positive impact on people.

Our desire and intent is to make  this universally accessible to help people, de-stress and develop positive attitude towards life.
