as someone starting a headlight restoration business i thought this app could be the perfect way to manage my bookings and pricing and stuff, and i spent like 2 hours making the account all nice only to realize upon finishing the profile that in order to take bookings, share your pricing link, or see your insights it’s at least $35 dollars a month. i understand apps require subscriptions nowadays and im honestly not that surprised, but i do wish that there was a little message or something that said “hey btw we’re gonna charge u to actually use the acc ur about to make” BEFORE i started setting it all up. other than that it seems like a well built app and is very easy to navigate, a little warning would be appreciated tho

I’m incredibly frustrated with Detail Connect. Instead of the promised automation, it’s just a buggy mess with missed notifications that actually cost us customers. The interface is completely cluttered and clunky, making it impossible to work efficiently. But the absolute worst part? You can’t even delete your own account - they literally hold your data and your customers' data hostage, which is unacceptable. To top it off, customer support is totally clueless and fails to understand basic questions. This software just complicates operations, traps you in, and wastes your time. It's a half-baked, glitchy product, and I strongly recommend staying far away from it!

So worth the subscription!
I switched to this application after using GoDaddy for a while as that’s where my website is thru. This is so much easier to look at, and way more pleasing for customers looking at pricing and availability!
Bug
Once I get to the add photos part it says “somthing went wrong please try again later” I’ve redownloaded the app I’ve restarted the app and still the same thing I would love for this bug to be fixed
