Now when customers look up Bullet’s Mobile Detail, they can see my menu and book all from my link! I love the fact that app has automated reminder with your business name for Instance mine that’s Roadrunner Car Wash LA and gives out day time and location. Instead of the promised automation, it’s just a buggy mess with missed notifications that actually cost us customers. The interface is completely cluttered and clunky, making it impossible to work efficiently. But the absolute worst part? You can’t even delete your own account - they literally hold your data and your customers' data hostage, which is unacceptable. To top it off, customer support is totally clueless and fails to understand basic questions. This software just complicates operations, traps you in, and wastes your time.
