### 3/5 — Very limited templates

*2026-04-26, version 6.9.0*

Good for visualization. But very limited templates to choose from. Especially when you want to quickly prototype.

### 3/5 — Suche

*2026-03-26*

### 4/5 — Great, Want More Components

*2025-10-29*

I would love to see you add support for fields, such as text fields.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback! This is definitely on our list and will be in the app soon. Please send us any more feedback any time!

### 4/5 — Love it, but…

*2025-05-09*

I love the app! It’s quick and very easy once you get a hang of it. But here’s some features I think need more work:
- The Folder Creation doesn’t work for me…I don’t know why.
- The Community feature is very hidden in the app for some reason and it’s not very easy to download designs other than the ones featured.
- PLEEEASE add a feature to paste code. Maybe even code that’s cleaned up but I have some apps that i started working on before i got DetailsPro that i would love to design better with this app, but i have not yet found a way to implement code directly

### 3/5 — Great concept but UI needs a facelift!

*2025-03-26*

This app has so much potential! It has all the features needed to design on the iPad however the UI is very outdated and hard to understand especially the layer panel. I hope in the near future you start to focus on the UI. Once that happens this will be a 5 star app!

### 4/5 — A great app to create interfaces without code

*2024-12-28*

The app is fantastic to build common screens, it’s great being able to able to select elements and edit them, preview, see the code and even export it.

In terms of improvements I still find a bit confusing to navigate through the list of elements, and also sometimes selecting an item in the preview don’t seem to display the related attributes. For new features would be great some integration with GitHub and of course keep seeing more and more examples of common layouts from iOS apps, maybe some integration with mobbin to show what screens are done would be great

### 3/5 — Kein wirklicher Test möglich

*2024-09-23*

### 4/5 — Pretty good app

*2024-05-15*

The app works very well. (Never crashed) One thing that annoys

### 3/5 — Used to work now it doesn't

*2024-05-01, version 4.9.0*

I'm expierencing multiple crashes and freezes whenever I use the app. I tried reinstalling to no avail. It was a great way to design and prototype SwiftUI applications.

### 3/5 — Application avec beaucoup de potentiel

*2024-01-31*

Très bonne application pour la création de visuel. Malheureusement le code fournis par l'application est systématiquemet incorrect est donc casiment inutilisable..

### 5/5 — Love it

*2023-12-05, version 4.6.2*

I asked around for a tool like this and other devs scoffed. I mean I know I could fiddle through random settings and try to stumble on what looks good. However as someone new to SwiftUI this lets me try many options and different styles quickly without firing up Xcode. It's a huge timesaver.

I'd love to see more code hooks, for example specify variable names, break components into reusable pieces for example list rows, Swift Charts integration?

This is really the missing piece for Xcode as far as I'm concerned. I will be upgrading mostly to support the devs since the free tier with five files is already quite generous.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2023-10-04*

Thanks fior this incredible App.
Very useful.

### 5/5 — Best "no code" design tool I've used

*2023-08-23, version 4.5.0*

Although it's missing a lot of functionality of a fully-fledged design tool like Figma, I've found myself creating mockups of production looking UI in no time at all, and then being able to quickly copy the SwiftUI code and make it functional has totally been a game changer for me. I'm excited about the future, hoping to get more features like re-usable components, a canvas for looking at multiple screens, tab bars and navigation views, etc.

### 5/5 — Easy to navigate, easy to use, amazing overall!

*2023-07-18*

I just got this app 30 minutes ago and I can already tell it's much better than what I was using before. The design adjusts to different devices. Love it, definetely reccomend this. :)

### 5/5 — I like DetailsPro

*2023-07-13*

It's very suitable for me . I 'm learning flutter framework ,so it helpful for understanding the Wiget On UI actions.

### 5/5 — Lovable prototyping tool

*2023-07-03, version 4.5.0*

A fun thing to play around with, and can export code too!

### 5/5 — very fun prototyping tool

*2023-07-03, version 4.5.0*

Play with SwiftUI and get inspiration from community designs. 10/10 would recommend.

### 4/5 — If you’re thinking about paying, beware of bugs

*2023-04-16*

The app is really good, I love using it, it’s mostly easy to navigate and it made me a lot more confident when it comes to designing for and with SwiftUI. But at the same time, there are numerous bugs with it. Some of the ones I come across the most are, the files don’t save, or if I duplicate a file and start editing the new one, it also edits the old file too. To summarize, I would say think a bit before buying a subscription, it might let you down.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2024-09-02*

I was considering purchasing the pro sub when it crashed. Now when I open it, it immediatly disappears. I tried uninstalling it, and re-installing it and it still crashes. If this gets fixed I would change it to a 5 star. I changed a margin to a negative number which caused to crash if that helps the developers....

**Developer response:** First of all, we’re sorry this is happening. We believe this bug has been fixed! If you are still seeing it on the latest version, could you please email us at detailspro@funfocus.app? We’d love to get any more info about the negative margin so we can fix the bug ASAP. Thank you!

### 1/5 — Deletes Changes and Files by it self

*2022-12-02*

App deletes Projects by it self.

### 1/5 — not ok

*2022-10-18*

It's not very ok

### 1/5 — Bug ! Looses the designs

*2022-07-14*

Anytime I tap The “Done” button, I go back to home page and then, my brand new design disappears after 2 seconds and is lost forever…

Too bad as the app seems promising.

### 1/5 — Why would you ship something so incomplete

*2021-11-06, version 3.14.1*

Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Please Add Voiceover Support

*2021-10-21, version 3.12.0*

Could you please add support for voiceover?
I am totally blind and learning to code. Swift seems to be a great choice for someone visually impaired to learn programming. If I can combine learning Swift with a great app like this to take care of the front-end, then you will be making my life so much easier and I don't think I will be the only one.

I am not even asking for a massive list of features. If you just have voiceover read, "insert x at top/middle/bottom" and then allowed you to simply add a few menus: then that would be great!

I know it will reflect terrific on you to have an accessible application since you are providing or an app that allows for people to make applications themselves to give/sell the public. It it should be known that if you offer a paid service in the form of an app in the United States, then you probably will have to follow the Americans with disabilities act (ADA). What this essentially means is that if you have the ability to easily accommodate a blind individual by changing small pieces of code to be accessible, then legally you must do so.

I am a former board member with the national Federation of the blind and just want to be able to use your app like everyone else. Voiceover accessibility is extremely important for all of the reasons I have given you and I will immediately make this a five star review upon accessibility updates.
I think that it is very important that the output from your app is accessible. If not, then people are going to be making apps without accessibility in mind.

### 1/5 — Cannot change anything

*2021-03-04, version 2.9.3*

Running on a M1 macbook, cant edit any views like adding a modifier.

### 2/5 — Sadly not up to par

*2024-08-19, version 4.13.0*

Doesn’t support charts or many of the new elements app feels like it’s on life support as it’s still feature outdated wwdc content

### 2/5 — Its alright.

*2022-06-19, version 3.33.1*

The UI isnt very good and is far too operational and tappt to be efficient despite the novelty focus-lock in layer hierarchy. Not being to drag objects and having to tap 3-5 times to navigate to scaling and offset settings is truly a waste of time and effort.

### 2/5 — can not take good care of my design files

*2021-10-15*

satisfied:
1. well designed software
unsatified:
1. changes on duplcates overwrite the original. I make a copy from a previous design, but some changes on the duplcated also take place on the original!
2. export to image failed.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Perfect for quick design iteration

*2026-04-27*

So helpful to be able to use native SwiftUI elements in a visual editor, then handover the code to Claude.

### 5/5 — This is it

*2025-10-13, version 6.0.0*

This is how I’ve always wanted to design. I don’t write code but I’ve always found it absurd that design tools aren’t built with code in mind - code is so often the end product. Designing this way helps me better understand the engineers limitations and how to better design for them.

Maybe one day you’ll consider building variations of Details Pro for other languages. I’d love to build a website this way.

Lifetime option purchased!

### 5/5 — Good UI and features!

*2025-01-21*

I never write reviews for apps, but this app is SO amazing! I really consider downloading. Although there aren’t many reviews, this app is completely underrated in so many ways. Please consider giving this a try!

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2024-12-05, version 5.3.1*

Such a useful app, nice middle-ground between figma and Xcode for UI design in SwiftUI

### 5/5 — Must have tool for rapid prototyping

*2024-08-13*

Just discovered this tool and found it to be so incredibly intuitive that I believe it should be one of the first things to install when you get a Mac device as a developer.

Rapid prototyping, easy to use interface, and it's garnered a community that share design inspirations; this is definitely a must have app to get.

### 5/5 — Best prototypinng app of it's kind

*2024-06-26*

Really want to get feature of iCloud Collaborative work and sharing

### 5/5 — Best design tool for SwiftUI generation

*2024-05-15, version 4.9.0*

Built in a way that does the trick for a minimum viable project and is unparalleled.

### 5/5 — Awesome StuffUI.. I mean awesome SwfitUI!

*2024-01-23, version 4.7.0*

Still using this app! My employer's team and I are still on UIKit :(

Been using this for personal use and its great.

Ya'll rooock!

### 5/5 — Exactly the right primitives - beautiful.

*2024-01-07*

Most apps in this category clutter their menus with every possible widget you might need - buttons, navbars, modal views, etc. While some of those are useful, most can be quickly thrown together with a rounded rectangle here and there, occasionally a shadow or blur view at worst. This app nails the selection of primitives you might end up needing to build most any UI prototype. It's very limited and at first it may feel constraining, but over time you learn to ignore the urge to find 'the exact right component' and just blaze through UI prototypes with a few basic elementary shapes layered on top of each other. This works wonderfully for producing high quality mockups of your interface that you can export as SwiftUI, but obviously isn't really viable to ship as part of your app without substantial cleanup. That's okay! You shouldn't expect this tool to do that for you. Love the simplicity.

### 5/5 — Great

*2023-12-29*

This is by far the most complex app for SwiftUI in my own opinion this is actually the only proper SwiftUI app across the AppStore. Thank you dev
