Pagando un montón de dinero y la aplicación no sirve en iOS y su portal web tampoco funciona. Tuve una emergencia con el vehículo de mi hijo y no lo podíamos ubicar por que todos usamos iPhone fue necesario pedir otro teléfono prestado para ubicarlo. Un robo

Pésimo servicio. Instalan el dispositivo y de ahí en adelante es una muy mala experiencia . Nadie habilita el usuario y contraseña y cuando lo habilitan de igual forma no funciona . El dispositivo se le da una orden y la cumple en tiempos muy prolongados . Uno intenta tener una respuesta y colaboración de parte de atención al cliente y lo dejan a uno un montón de días sin resolver absolutamente nada. Uno va y los busca en las oficinas para llegar a una solución y demuestran cero interés en el cliente . Muy lamentable todo el servicio en esta empresa . No lo recomiendo .

Tienen un diseño pésimo, al iniciar la app la interfaz confunde cuando uno la abre por primera vez,, tienen prácticamente oculta la opción para iniciar sesión y eso debería salir al inicio antes de cargar la interfaz principal. Aveces cuando uno busca la ubicación de un vehículo en el mapa, es imposible volver a regresar atrás a la interfaz porque no da la opción, uno tiene que cerrar y volver a abrir la app  . Creo que hay mejores servicios de GPS con mejores aplicaciones

No se puede ni actualizar, la aplicacion en si es pesimo el uso, cuando le da rastrear al carro se queda pegado y dice que espere al servidor, en si le falta muchoooooo camino para llegar a ser una aplicacion funcional...
