WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Detention Timer isn't surveillance. It's the first tracking app built to protect the driver's clock, not just the broker's. One tap. One photo. No wait goes unpaid.

PRIVACY
Location, including in the background, is used only to detect arrival and departure at assigned facilities during active loads — solely for tracking and detention. When your load is finished, tracking stops. Location recorded after a load ends is never kept.

The last two privacy sentences are from the July 27 location-consent spec — same wording as the in-app rationale. Do not write “the moment your load is finished.”

Stale line: “Arrival, check-in, at-door, and departure…” At Door is no longer a driver action. If you want the listing to match the app, swap that bullet for:
