New Year’s commitment to self-care! I’ve been taking the supplements and following the plan —-after months of swelling, my ankles are back to normal and my joints don’t hurt.  It’s hard, but love the community and encouragement.

Awesome easy to use app with direct  interaction with Coach Gessie to answer any questions you have and really helpful video content.
