It doesn’t work at all just shows white screen. You can’t search a product just by name. I can’t go to a department store and start scanning barcodes. There's not a healthy platform or info available in the app. There's a customer service email provided to contact with inquiries on closing an account, but I've tried thrice over months and have never received a reply. The app is clunky. It asked me for a lot of info, and gave me none. I suspect that data from this app is sold. There were tips on the app that were so lame it is patronising.
