The last time I used my season tickets, I was locked out of the app and had to use a friend's phone to sign up and get my own tickets. The app is also poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Constantly have to logout and the account linking process required multiple logins afterwards. If it wasn’t for the ability to add the tickets to my Apple Wallet on those rare instances when the app is working, then I’m not sure I’d actually be able to get into the arena on game day. The rest of the app is put together quite nicely, but, as TicketMaster does with most things they interface with, they’ve completely ruined the user experience. It’s the type of performance you’d expect from a company that has no actual competition. Why would they put effort into improving anything? Their customers can’t really use anything else… ### 1/5 — Can’t access my tickets *2024-10-25, version 2.0.0* Iphone SE2 with iOS 17.7. Get an API error and cannot access my tickets. Ticketmaster online says to download the red wings app and has no way to add to apple wallet on safari. It’s often 20-50 seconds ahead of most feeds I watch so i got spoilers until i muted notifications. Delay it by 90 seconds and no one will know the difference.
