I arrived to pick up my 7:30 wings at 7:25 and heard the person at the register updating the dozen folks inside that the 7pm wings would be ready in an hour, but they could cancel if they wanted. With all of today’s technologies, they need to be able to notify people of delays of more than 15 minutes. Robo calls, text, email, app notifications or go crazy and the GM could make the call themselves. Their wings are good, but their disrespect for their customer’s time will not allow me to order from them again.
