Avoid on weekends at least for longer travel as trains are very full. Otherwise fantastic service and coverage including public transport in any German city.

Ich bin echt positiv überrascht von der App. Alles ist übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen, und bisher hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Ich hatte zwischendurch kleinere Probleme, aber der Kundenservice war super freundlich und hat mir sofort weitergeholfen. Innerhalb von weniger als 24 Stunden war alles geklärt. Die Kommunikation war schnell, unkompliziert und wirklich hilfsbereit. So einen guten Kundenservice erlebt man heutzutage nicht oft. Vielen Dank an das Team😊

Bei der Bestellung des Tickets kam es durch irgendein Übertragungsproblem zu einer doppelten Abbuchung. Nachdem ich eine Mail hin gesendet hatte, kam innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort der super freundlichen Lara. Im Zeitraum von nicht mal einer Stunde kam es zur schnellen Klärung des Sachverhalts und der Einleitung der Rückzahlung. Kein Diskutieren, keine Vorwürfe oder ähnliches. Ich bin begeistert und wir werden diese App definitiv weiterhin zur Buchung des Deutschlandtickets nutzen.
