Ich kann kein Ticket für eine weitere Person kaufen weil ich die Option die laut Web Seite da drin die nicht habe. Kein support von der App selbst, nur ein verheiß sich bei dem Vertrags Partner zur beiden - der hat aber keine Kontrolle über die App? Leider habe ich das Ticket für mich schon gekauft aber ich kann keines für mein Kind kaufen… ### 1/5 — Technische Fehler hat mich extra 63 Euro gekostet *2026-05-20* Ich bin seit 6 Monaten Kundin mit automatischer monatlicher Verlängerung. Diesen Monat hat meine automatische Zahlung nicht funktioniert. Als ich versucht habe, das Ticket manuell zu kaufen, hat die App immer „aktiver Vertrag” angezeigt — obwohl kein Ticket vorhanden war. Ich habe die Zahlungsmethode mehrmals geändert — nichts hat funktioniert. Ich hatte am 1. Mai einen dringenden Termin und war deshalb gezwungen, ein Ticket über einen anderen Anbieter zu kaufen. Stunden später — um 12:59 Uhr — habe ich plötzlich eine Quittung von dieser App bekommen, dass mein Ticket auch erfolgreich ausgestellt wurde. Das war 4 Stunden nachdem ich bereits ein anderes Ticket gekauft und im Zug benutzt hatte. Ich habe jetzt zwei Tickets für denselben Monat bezahlt — wegen eines technischen Fehlers in dieser App. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und eine E-Mail geschickt, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Wer diese App täglich für seine Reisen nutzt sollte vorsichtig sein — wenn das System versagt, zahlt man selbst den Preis. Ich warte noch auf eine Lösung. Ich werde diese Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald das Problem gelöst ist ### 4/5 — Falsche Gültigkeit *2026-04-28* Ticket sollte automatisch verlängert werden. Jetzt habe ich 2 mal das gleiche Ticket. Beide Gültigkeit Nur bis 1.06. dabei sollte das eine dann erst anfangen. Ich habe Jetzt den Aufwand das zu klären und muss schauen das ich am 1.06 ein gültiges Ticket habe. —- Es sind mittlerweile Jahre vergangen, meine ich zu mindestens. Außer wie oben beschrieben am Anfang hatte ich nie mehr Probleme. Das Ticket ist immer pünktlich da. Abbuchung klappt. Die App geht immer auf. Von 1 Stern nun auf 4. Auch die Barrierefreiheit wurde durch optimierte Farben und Schriftgrößen verbessert, und Textgröße sowie Anzeige lassen sich individuell anpassen. Außerdem unterstützen wir jetzt die Anmeldung mit Apple-ID sowie Apple Wallet und Apple Pay. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du die App noch einmal ausprobierst und uns erneut Feedback gibst. Access Problems: I could access the website with my password, but it would not work on the app. No phone number to call for support. When I tried to purchase again, I received error and no opportunity to contact any support. Ich habe die Ticket Schliesslich in mein Apple-Wallet hingekriegt, aber nur nachdem ich die Ticket in meinem Google-Wallet, was ich nie benutze. Der ganze Weg scheint ziemlich Buggy zu sein. Ich habe also meine Ticket nun im Apple-Wallet, und noch immer nicht in der DeutschlandTicket.app, aber ist ist mir nun egal.
