Please help ### 2/5 — Unsatisfactory performance *2019-12-29, version 4.2* This app lost track (twice) of my cryptocurrency. Had to contact support to get that fixed. Also, good luck with contacting support as I keep getting a “we’re not available, leave a message”. This is actually going on for the last four days!! Loading flat with currency is a pain in the neck, as funds are transferred to some bank in Eastern Europe and after more than 10 days they are still not loaded (and available) for trading. Chose this app because of the DeVere brand, rather than some other unknown ones.
