Конфлікт з терморегуляторами. Не працюють функції ((( ### 1/5 — I hate this app *2023-10-19, version 1.2.5* Bought 2 Devi smart thermostats to replace my manual ones. Wish I hadn’t bothered. App is horrible to use. I’ve had the thermostats for 3 years and still can’t figure them out properly. No way to override the app on the device apart from on/off or adjust the temperature. Home Screen just shows a circle. No indication of room or zones. No indication whether you’re At Home or Away. If you set a holiday period this doesn’t show unless you click through about 6 different screens and settings to try and find the status. Most of the time the connection is lost so you can’t adjust anything until you get home which defeats the reason I bought these. App hasn’t been updated for over 2 years and support is non existent. Trzy programatory Devireg Smart, ( każdy ponad 750zł za sztukę ) zawsze coś nie działa. ### 1/5 — Schlechteste Investition ever *2023-09-06, version 1.2.5* Vor ca 3 Jahren haben wir eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung im Bad installieren lassen. Während das System die ersten Monate „irgendwie“ funktionierte, gab es in der dann folgenden Kälteperiode keine WLAN Verbindung und die Heizung ließ sich nicht steuern. Die App zeigt zwar an, dass keine Verbindung mehr besteht, lässt sich aber nicht einfach neu verbinden. Es gibt dafür entweder tatsächlich keinen Button oder er lässt sich nicht finden. Man fühlt sich wie ein Betatester vor 20 Jahren. Ohne die Verbindung und Steuerung durch die App lässt sich die Heizung zumindest bei mir auch nicht steuern. Ich kann zwar auf der Wandeinheit irgendwie rumdrücken, aber mangels echter Bedienungsanleitung und ohne Beschriftung ist das eher ein Glückspiel und wenn das Gerät mal reagiert, weiß man auch nicht wirklich was man ausgelöst hat. Der angeschriebene Support hat schlicht überhaupt nicht geantwortet. Wer hier die Rezessionen liest stellt auch fest, dass auch darauf überhaupt nicht reagiert wird. Heute (2023) habe ich hier im AppStore auch mal den „Support Button“ gedrückt, der aber einfach ins „Nichts“ führt. Vor einem Jahr konnte ich nach Neuinstallation irgendwie wieder eine Verbindung herstellen. Die nun aber selbstverständlich erneut unterbrochen ist. Ehrlich gesagt ist es zumindest bei uns schon eine Herausforderung das Gerät zu resetten, da der Touchscreen nur zufällig manchmal reagiert und es wie gesagt keine vernünftige Anleitung dafür gibt. Völlige Unklarheit, ob ich an den verkehrten Stellen drücke oder er nicht richtig funktioniert. Wüsste ich wie und wogegen ich das Steuerelement austauschen könnte, wäre das meine wichtigste und erste Aufgabe in den nächsten Tagen. Gäbe es eine vernünftige Anleitung, könnte ich mir vielleicht selbst helfen, hätte ich nur einen Funken Vertrauen in den Support und würde er antworten, hätte ich vielleicht überhaupt kein Problem. Aber hier halte ich es für absolut vergeblich eine defektes DeviReg Steuergerät zu reklamieren, denn denen scheint das ja alles völlig egal zu sein. Wie ungenügend die App selbst ist, haben ja viele andere schon ausführlich geschrieben, darauf mag ich gar nicht mehr eingehen. Eigentlich müsste Apple diese Katastrophe aus dem AppStore löschen ### 1/5 — Sicherheitstechnisch ein Fiasko *2023-06-21, version 1.2.5* Es ist nicht möglich ein wlan Passwort mit mehr als 32 Zeichen einzugeben. Benutzerfreundlichkeit scheint bei Danfos u seinen App-Entwicklern nicht zum Sprachgebrauch zu gehören. Dies ist ebenso unverständlich wie der Fakt, dass das Devireg Smart Thermostat jedesmal gefühlt eine Ewigkeit braucht, um die korrekte Raumtemperatur annähernd zu erfassen. Das Paring mit einem zweiten Gerät nicht Möglich. Insgesamt ist die Bedienung sehr Schlecht. Ich werde das Gerät Entsorgen. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE app: confusing, poorly designed *2022-12-01, version 1.2.5* The app works fine—when you manage to figure out how it works. It’s model for how a person wants to heat their house makes no sense though, so lots of weird workarounds are needed. Example—“Living Zone” can get shared schedules. Why can’t I make more zones!? During the day we are in the living room. At night, we are in the bedrooms. That’s two zones. And the interface… when I open the app I usually want to see the status of the thermostats, not have the entire screen taken up by whether I’m “at home” in my Living Zone. I could go on and on… another example—sometimes, I have a diversion from my usual routine. Maybe I’m working from home for a couple days, for example. Why can’t I set an override schedule for a couple days?! Or another one: every time I add a thermostat (we have a bunch) I need to re-input the WiFi password, which is a long random set of letters and numbers. The worst one—I renamed the house and EVERY SINGLE THERMOSTAT GOT UNREGISTERED. I had to re register every single thermostat. Honestly, if there was a better alternative I’d jump straight onto it. 1* for the bare minimum: it does work. Sehr ungenau, verliert gerne das wlan, Bedienerfreundlichkeit nicht gegeben, keine Einbindung von anderen Thermostaten außer Fußbodenheizung, schlechte Bedienungsanleitung, halbherzig programmiert - rundum ein Griff ins Klo! ### 1/5 — It’s a dud *2022-10-18, version 1.2.5* Wish I’d read the earlier view before buying one of these to replace my dumb Devireg thermostat. It falls off the network so often that you can’t actually finish a single setting on it before it dumps you off, even when it’s right next to the router. It works as it should and the display unit on the wall shows the temperature clearly. However the app to control it is beyond awful. No instructions & no support. I don’t want to schedule my heating- it’s too expensive atm to just have it coming on regardless. I want to operate a manual mode switching it on/off when required. There’s no clear option for this in the app. It wants to default to a daily schedule. I have to switch it on/off directly from the wall unit. Totally useless app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Constantly glitchy *2026-05-31, version 1.2.6* I have to constantly shut down and reopen the app to get it to connect to the thermostat, it never works when connected to our WiFi so I usually have to disconnect from it and often we have to reboot the entire system to get it to connect at all. Sama aplikacja jest zrobiona tragicznie, totalnie nieintuicyjna. The interface tells you nothing. Imagine looking at a clock to see the time but you have to select a little clock symbol first. Welcome to this app. To see the temperature which is the fundamental reason you have one, you have to select a side option!!!! Ridiculous. Interface poor, no thought. Got this smart thermostat to better understand our heating usage and hopefully reduce costs during the energy crisis. Easy installation, sync with app, and clean interface. Simple enough to use and does what it needs to do. ### 4/5 — Seems fine once setup *2023-12-09, version 1.2.6* Almost never got the devireg smart due to the app reviews but as I was replacing old devireg 550s myself I wanted the physical process to be as simple as possible. Each device, in order for the setup to complete, I had to get most of the way through the setup process before it would complain about having no internet connection, physically turn off the power to the device, then turn it back on and do setup again. This time no problem. Since then, they’ve all worked fine. The app itself… it does work. Maybe the layout isn’t perfect but all the features appear to be there and work as intended. If I want heat on, it is instantaneous. Holiday mode works as intended. Schedules work. Zones work. I think if the setup process is improved and the layout is improved, there’s no reason it wouldn’t be a 5* app. ### 4/5 — Warum so schlecht bewertet ? *2023-10-13, version 1.2.5* Ich finde die App ganz gut. I wouldn’t let them put you off! Setup went to plan and the app is very useful. No crashing or WiFi issues either. Heating schedule is my favourite feature - easy to configure and plenty of options. Some of the settings and info are hidden (such as floor and room temps) and take a bit of getting used to hence 4 stars. My hardware revision is 3.1 on the DEVIsmart thermostat.
