It in no way gives the information that can be gleaned from the on amp display. I was hoping for it to act as a remote display but the functionality is way too basic. For such a high quality product I don’t think it’s too much to expect something more!! ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2022-06-02* As of IOS 15.5 only source selection still works. However, the app to control volume, inputs, etc. sometimes will show some of the units, sometimes all of the units and sometimes none of the units. In addition, the power on feature only works about 40% of the time. It’s surprising that the app is so unreliable given the excellent built quality of the integrated amps. Ça fait 2 ans que Devialet ne fait pas de mise à jour pour l’adapter à la taille des différents iPhone ou iPad. Et maintenant elle ne marche plus... Devialet est une maison extraordinaire de compétence mais néglige les détails comme toujours, ce qui frustre énormément les utilisateurs des ampli expert. Still don’t understand why they don’t include bass/treble control from the app?.? They really need to pay some attention to getting the app remote right. Seems like a rather big feature that is currently being overlooked. But biggest issue is that it never connects - just states no amp can be found. I have tried every fix possible - but it simply is broken and Devialet need to fix. As I don’t have to check the volume level as the remote had it. After couple of iOS updates the app is useless just can us for turn on and off. Update the review to 5 Star. The latest firmware which came out on June 10,2018 did fix the issue with the expert pro reading the signals from the iOS app. It’s awesome that the firmware fixed it. Hope it doesn’t break with the newer updates. ### 5/5 — Great app. *2014-09-09, version 1.8* Nice adaptation of the real thing. Full functionality would be nice though. I'd even pay for it! Highly recommended. ### 5/5 — Au top *2014-05-28* Superbe mise à jour avec la possibilité de contrôler la marche et l arrêt de l appareil depuis l application et surtout depuis mon fauteuil ^^. Bravo aux développeurs pour cette app qui est bien pratique et simple d'utilisation, ça m évite d'avoir le pc sur les genoux. Bien sûr on attend avec impatience de nouvelles améliorations, comme par exemple la possibilité de jouer chaque piste directement depuis la bibliothèque sans faire une pré sélection de playlist au préalable; ou encore la possibilité de lire les musiques partagées sur iTunes ou un autre disque que celui du téléphone ou tablette. Il y a aussi les réglages bass aigus de la télécommande et la possibilité d avoir un equalizer. Ah oui j'allais oublié, ça serait aussi très utile de pouvoir quitter l app pour faire autre chose sur le smart phone ou la tablette sans que la musique coupe, si les développeurs pouvaient se pencher sur ce petit détail ça serait génial !
