## What is Device?

Report incidents easily and efficiently just with your phone. aeqoom FSM is a user-friendly mobile application that serves as a crucial tool for operators and technicians to report incidents directly from the field.

Simply locate the device's QR code and scan it to report an incident. You can include a description of the incident and attach images or recordings from your camera to highlight issues.

Being connected to the aeqoom Field Service Management platform, reporting all information through the app allows the service team to diagnose and resolve issues much faster. The app provides immediate access, leading to faster solutions and reduced downtime.
