How do I create a login or account for this app? It only allows me to use “guest mode”. And trying to get ahold of Honeywell for any real customer assistance is nearly impossible.

App will not pair with device. I am beyond frustrated because this app is the only way to change settings on the gas meter.

Will not let me log in to account and app will not connect to BW Ultra via BLE even though its paired to phone.

When using the iPhone version of the app to upload data from a BW Solo device there is no ‘select all’ option so you have to check off every single data event that you want. Over the course of a couple of weeks use then there are hundreds of these data events to manually select. Very time consuming.

Surprised at some comments here. We have BW Flex 4 and it connected immediately with the device. We were able to upload and download settings and perform calibrations within minutes. Perhaps they’ve improved the software now but all seems to work as planned.
