## What is Device Evaluator?

The Device Evaluator application is used exclusively with our automated diagnostic kiosk for smartphone trade-in assessments. Only the information required for proper evaluation is gathered and analyzed during use of this app. Generally, this information includes the model number, version number, memory capacity, and if a hardware malfunction has occurred. Once the functional evaluation on the Device Evaluator app is complete, you'll be prompted to use our kiosk which will assess your phone's physical condition. Both functional and physical results are assessed to provide an optimal trade-in value for your smartphone.
