I am looking for the original settings which my iPhone had when I purchased. This App will NOT finish downloading and keeps setting “Error.”

I downloaded the app that’s supposed to diagnose my RV’s solar system; instead, I got an app that just evaluates my phone.  Apple already does that.

I tried the 3-day free trial for about 15 minutes.  Now I want to cancel the trial, but I cannot find a way to cancel….
