They tell you to deal with the app store, not them. • They can change the rules whenever they want, and you’re bound if you keep using it. Feels like the company has all the power, and users take all the risk. I can’t recommend it. I don’t regularly make a personal comment as other platforms reach the apples and google stores effectively enough….but these type of apps just make me laugh in disappointment. The people purchasing these sort of apps usually have some security or safety concerns…these could be life or un-alive situations and not everyone has access or the ability to proceed with more effective yet costly solutions. But it saddens me when I pay for the whole sha-bang (will update if actually refunded..) I requested a refund 10 minutes later abd here I am now…pointing this detection app straight at hidden cameras place in varies places and sceneries the only thing this thing detected was a drawing my two year old scribbles for me earlier and not just the can of paint but the paint itself. Not once did this thing detect anything correctly. Unfortunately these apps usually end this way and it’s best to seek outside support if you safely can or seek out other online budget friendly services that are out there.
