Worked intermittently only. Most of the time it crashes or freezes. No data could be retrieved before it crashes. I reinstalled the app and it worked for 30seconds before it crashed or froze. I hope this gets fixed. ### 1/5 — Very poor app. *2021-07-09* I downloaded this app a week ago when I received my new Cpap and it has been nothing but trouble. The app freezes after I download the latest data forcing me to delete the app and then download it again to my phone. It freezes every time I open it. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2021-05-09* The app usually never opens and when it does can not access all features. Usually need to completely close app then re open to get it to work. Then most of the time trying to receive data from cpap machine is a chore in itself. Crashes and freezes on the opening page every time. This is not helpful to us Veterans that have to use the equipment. How do we know if the information is ever correct. COL (Ret) AJD ### 1/5 — Very poor Software Reliability and overall quality not up to standard! *2020-09-08, version 1.3.7* If I had a choice, I would exchange this machine for a ResMed AirSense 10 machine. My old ResMed machine, an S9, lasted more than seven years and had more than 47K hours on it when the chip quit working. And replacing the chip started it afresh. I am extremely disappointed with the DeVilbiss Software because it almost never works. Also the humidifier function seems to be badly calibrated, since I routinely end up with water in my tubing, even on the lowest setting. I would not recommend the DV64 model to any potential purchasers. The only thing I see that could recommend this machine is its small footprint, and that’s not a very good reason to get it. This machine was supplied by the VA Hospital, since I am a service-connected disabled veteran, so I had no say in the selection of this brand. I have already expressed my disappointment to them about the selection of this manufacturer. If you have a choice, do not select the DeVilbiss IntelliPAP 2 DV64 AutoAdjust Machine. You will only be disappointed. I’m being nice in this review, DISAPPOINTMENT is an understatement!!! If DeVilbiss reads this review, I would like very much hearing from you, I may have just received a defective unit. ### 1/5 — Broken, cannot be trusted *2020-04-16, version 1.3.7* Insanely careless low quality bar to ship this alongside a thousand dollar device, and makes me question their technology as a whole. The app crashed within minutes after navigating between screens. Won’t reopen and sticks on the splash screen. This…isn’t a new app either, and seems to get only minor updates every 5–6 months. Huge shame. Should have looked into this before buying the device. ### 1/5 — 🎼”All I wanna do is crash” *2020-03-20* New user here. This app is horrible. Half the time the app crashes on open. I can hardly get my data synchronized. Sometimes it freezes while trying to link up. Reports are almost useless. The dialogue is hidden.
