## What is Devlet Kur?

A small camp on the steppe. A few tents, a handful of people and one big dream: to found your own state.

Devlet Kur is a warm, lightly humorous founding story that takes you from nomad camp to principality, from state to empire. Production keeps going while you are away; come back, collect your earnings and make one more upgrade.

BUILD AND GROW
Yurts, market, woodcutter, pens, barracks, council hall, caravanserai… Every building changes its look as it levels up and as the ages pass.

RULE IN COUNCIL
New decisions every day: open the granary in a drought? Receive the envoy? Every choice moves your people, your prestige and your treasury.

TREASURY AND LAWS
Set taxes and keep your subjects happy. Pass laws; some cheer, some grumble. Lose the balance and revolt is at the gate.

PALACE INTRIGUE
Watch the loyalty of viziers and princes. Assign, question or punish.

MAP, CAMPAIGNS AND DIPLOMACY
Send envoys to neighbours, demand tribute or march to war. Pick your units, fight with cards and claim the loot.

CARAVANS AND CHESTS
Send caravans on safe or risky roads and find dynasty looks in chests.

FOUR AGES AND A NEW DYNASTY
Camp, Principality, State and Empire. Reach the top, found a new dynasty and start stronger with lasting seals.

YOUR OWN BANNER
Design your flag and dynasty, and share your state's card with friends.
