I had a problem with an item this evening and whilst the shop owner was reluctant to resend another item, the customer service team paid for a second item to be sent out and paid to have it redelivered! I wrote something on their chat help and in 1 minute their staff called me and sorted it out. They are super efficient, call you when there is an issue and provide a high quality no nonsense deliver service. When an item I ordered was not available I was quickly contacted and was able to pick an alternative which saved from any disappointment upon delivery. After placing my order I received the items in about 8 minutes which is very impressive considering that includes the time taken for me to pick an alternative for an out of stock item.
