### 4/5 — Nice But 1 Tweak Would Help

*2016-09-04, version 1.0.1*

Really nice, simple interface. Does exactly what it promises to do with no distracting bells and whistles. I only wish there were a faster way to enter temperature. You have to click up or down button ten times to move each degree. A numerical entry keyboard or even a fast repeat on the up/down buttons would make this perfect.

### 5/5 — Brilliant! Only 2 suggestions or fixes...

*2013-01-24, version 1.0.1*

As other reviewers have noted, this is an incredibly well-designed app--simple, functional, elegant.

After having used a web site calculator at a university's site that required the user to repeatedly clear an entry and press calculate, which was frustrating and irritating, this design deserves an Academy Award!

It even has the ability to switch which is the outcome variable!! Alas, that is controlled by an initially confusing and misleading = sign. I get the developer's idea--you're picking the one that the other two will generate or equal, but instead it brings to mind the equal button on a calculator--which is used differently. Perhaps instead there could be the standard Apple iOS drag buttons on the right to rearrange a list's items. Or, maybe a circular arrow to swap places--but not TWO equal signs!!

My key suggestion, though, is that the increase/decrease buttons be repetitive--so that one could raise or lower the temperature automatically! And thus watch how the dew point changes.

Another suggestion-- an option that everything be done in whole numbers--most home users aren't going to be so specific as to decimals of temp or RH.

Until you add options, lose the standard gear settings icon to get to help or info about you. That should be a question mark.

Please don't add any ads--ever!

Put out a $1 "pro" version or let us donate a $1 via an in app purchase. While the app is simple, when something's this nicely done, it deserves rewarding and help to fund your other app projects!

Finally, there should be a mini help blurb with a description of the app developers!! Personalize this and highlight who you are! You deserve recognition

### 5/5 — Dew Point

*2012-07-01, version 1.0.1*

Agree with all the other reviewers -- great app!! Thanks! Will use it every day all summer I'm sure!

### 5/5 — Great!!

*2012-01-04, version 1.0.1*

The creator should be applauded, they kept it simple, it does what it is supposed to and that's all I needed and asked for. Perfect!!!

### 5/5 — Simple and Beautiful

*2012-01-01, version 1.0.1*

Just what I needed. Simple but great minimalistic interface.

### 4/5 — It works

*2011-12-10, version 1.0.1*

It's a simple but functional app

### 5/5 — All I need

*2011-10-28, version 1.0.1*

Easy to use. I'll be using this to mitigate indoor condensation on our windows.

### 5/5 — Cool

*2011-10-27, version 1.0.1*

Nice little app helpful unless the teach catches you with this app lol

### 5/5 — Great App for Free

*2011-08-23, version 1.0*

Simple app but some thought went in to this one. Unlike the similar apps this one lets me calculate any of the values from the other two. Very easy to use; and, best of all... there is no annoying <Calculate> button. Oh yeah, and having no ads is great too. Nice job.

### 1/5 — Keyboard not always work

*2021-06-18, version 2.0.1*

Unbelievable how a simple app can get out of wack with the own keypad. Not sure why it has its own keypad either...

### 1/5 — No longer works.

*2020-11-20, version 2.0.1*

This app does not work with IOS 14.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with iOS 14

*2020-11-11, version 2.0.1*

When I try to open with my iPhone XR, the app closes as soon as it opens.

### 1/5 — Dissatisfied

*2017-02-09, version 1.0.1*

Measured 72deg for a room that was 57deg in temp. Worthless

### 1/5 — Piece of crap

*2013-02-21, version 1.0.1*

How you get humidity without inputing wet blub dry bulb temps is beyond me?

### 1/5 — Stupid app.

*2013-01-31, version 1.0.1*

Reviewers are obviously friends of the developer. Was deleted.

### 2/5 — Perfect... WHEN it works

*2018-01-27, version 2.0.1*

It’s impossible to enter values for temperature with the number pad. The fields for DewPoint and humidity work fine. Yeah, the work around is to tap the up/down arrows 600 times to go from outdoor temperature to indoor temperature. Not gonna do that. If that glitch gets fixed it’s a 5 Star app. I recommend you download and try this app. If it works on your device it will be perfect.

### 3/5 — buggy

*2019-06-08, version 2.0.1*

after calculating dew point, i switch to calculating RH%, but cannot enter temperature directly. Can only adjust by 0.1 using arrow keys.

### 4/5 — Badly needed a 10-key input

*2017-08-30, version 2.0.1*

Good app, but what a terrible choice to use a full QWERTY keyboard to enter numbers when all that is needed is a 10-key.

Other apps have it, so I know it's possible. I see it come up when I have to enter a ZIP Code in a form.

UPDATE Aug 2017:

10-key input has arrived! Fabulous!

UPDATE 29-Aug:

When solving for RH, you can't enter a number for temperature via the 10-key. Only via the arrows. Also, the x doesn't work to clear it.

### 4/5 — Good but needs update

*2017-06-04, version 1.0.1*

I like this app as it does a nice job calculating humidity. Apple says it won't work with the next ios update, can a 64 bit update be made available?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works Great with IOS 15.x and iPhone 12!

*2022-08-10, version 2.0.1*

First of all: I have been writing software (you guys call it coding.) since your parents were in diapers ;) I actually forgot I had this app - was searching and found I had it. No update was offered so I just “opened” it. Works great. Nice simple, clean interface. Keyboard entry works flawlessly. No ads!! Who could ask for anything more! Kudos to the developer. Reminds me of the good old shareware days, when I would happily donate a few bucks rather than write the code for myself. If you are a weather bug, like me, and appreciate simple things that work - get it!

### 5/5 — Works well & no ads!!

*2021-06-10, version 2.0.1*

Tried every dewpoint calculator app I could find and this one simply does the job without ads. Thanks!

### 5/5 — I love it.

*2018-10-15, version 2.0.1*

I love it, it's very useful. The only thing I would change is, instead of having the app calculating the value while I'm changing the numbers, I would like to have a "calculate" button, so that I can press it after I've entered the numbers.

### 5/5 — A perfect, simple dew point and RH app

*2017-08-21, version 2.0.1*

Simple is good; one screen that does quick Calc for dew point and RH, and it's free! Thanks!!

### 5/5 — Useful app, does just what it is supposed to fo

*2017-08-17, version 2.0.0*

Hurrah! Thanks for the update.

Useful app, does what it's supposed to do with no fluff.

### 5/5 — Soon not supported?

*2017-06-05, version 1.0.1*

Getting an alert that the app will not be supported in future iOS versions.

Would hate to see it disappear.

### 5/5 — Great for astrophotographers

*2016-04-01, version 1.0.1*

I have a $2 ebay hygrometer/thermometer and this app lets me calculate dewpoint with ease. I can then set my dewheater exactly 1 degree above dewpoint!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2015-05-02, version 1.0.1*

Great app for calculating dew point! Great design, simple as an app should be. No extra clutter. I use it often!

### 5/5 — Simple and to the point.

*2015-02-03, version 1.0.1*

Does exactly what I needed without clutter or feature creep. I like it for calculating the RH required to prevent internal fogging of camera gear in hot and humid environments (using desiccant strips) or to calculate whether I'll need heating devices to prevent surface lens fogging during long exposures at night.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2014-05-06, version 1.0.1*

Simple and sweet! Thank you!
