Support stopped responding to my emails attempting to troubleshoot the issue. Something as basic as notifications should be a minimum requirement for an app. While the charger itself works great, the app leaves much to be desired. So once I bought an f150 lightening the first thing I did was get a Dewalt charger. For the 40 amp it is about 93% efficient which is amazing to charge with little loss.
