Always having issues with passwords even when it’s 1000% correct. Absolutely ridiculous and the “one time code” doesn’t even work still counts it as an attempt to log in.

The system freezes almost everyday and usually I have to go online to do anything in my accounts. I feel it’s organized chaos and not in a good way either. And don’t even get me started on the bill pay, will never use that again.

Why make an app when no one is able to use it? Out of am the apps on my phone this is the worst. It never opens up the first time. It never logs in on the first 2 tries. Glitches and crashes. Just glad you don't charge for the app. I'd be at the bank everyday getting my money back. Garbage app. Garbage bank.

You do know that the newer phones don't have touch ID right? This app is more problem than anything useful.

The fingerprint option doesn’t work, I get frequent error messages when trying to transfer and the app will tell me it didn’t work (but then it does transfer), it doesn’t total up your total scheduled bills anymore, bill pay: checks show they are cleared but they money doesn’t come out of your account until days later giving you a false sense of your balance. You also get logged out within minutes of no activity. No way to view my account numbers. This app is the reason I’m switching banks.
