You are constantly having to resign into your profile, mind you i paid for premium so sometimes in between chats, i have to re sign in and it ruins the flow 2. The drops aren't calculated properly, it will say "5 drops per message" but will take 8 so like ??? 3. There isn't much variety with characters and you may have to make your own 4. If I'm paying nearly $20 for a premium account i should have the option of better chatting preferences with having to also pay for it.
