I personally cannot have critical alerts on due to my job, being in meetings and talking to people etc. I can’t have my phone dinging but would still like to be able to glance at my readings. The fact I can’t read my blood sugar levels on the g7 app is ridiculous. ### 4/5 — Diabetes *2026-08-23, version 2.14.1* I love this app to use for my type one diabetes. Diabetes is one small thing in your life and diabetes is not so bad. Sure there’s a few other steps to your life but it’s not a huge deal. This app is really helpful for my sugars, and you can share it for you to the people you love. You have to they have to get a separate app so they can see your sugars, other than them looking at your phone. This has helped me with my diabetes and my whole family to help me. I got diabetes October 8 and I have used my Dexcom ever since. And it has helped so much. Don't get me wrong but this dexcom app is amazing. The one thing that confuses me though, how do you change the numbers to 70 or 101 or something. Anyway Thank you for reading . Hope this app helps. Because it helps me!!!!!!! Oh and also if your turn your high and low alarm on and off then when you turn them on again but then you put your phone on silent mode and then turn it back off then you're alarms won't work cause I got two 2.8 and my alarm didn't even go off but I am can you do something about that. And please can hear something about the alarm not working cause sometimes they don't work for me and then sometimes I get to 3.1 and I didn't even see it on my dexcom. And also does the same thing for my highs I go straight up to 25 even though my Dexcom didn't give me any notifications at all so please please please I'm begging you to do something about that.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Critical alerts for every alert! *2026-08-23, version 2.14.1* Please fix the critical alerts! They should only be fore critical low glucose alerts. I do not need to be interrupted for high glucose alerts or low glucose alerts. I should be able to decide what alerts are critical besides the urgent low glucose. We already have alert fatigue as diabetics, we don’t need unnecessary alerts as well. Please fix this soon, you had this right on the dexcom g6 app, I regret that I can no longer use that app for glucose. Also fix the Apple Watch app so when I acknowledge an alert it actually lets me acknowledge or snooze the alert. Which button actually acknowledges the alert on Apple Watch? “Ok” or “dismiss”? ### 1/5 — Huge downgrade from G6 *2026-08-22, version 2.14.1* How can connectivity be so bad for G7 when the G6 had little to no issues? ### 1/5 — Unnecessarily Invasive *2026-08-22, version 2.14.1* There’s no possible way to set this app up and not have it buzz, ding, and occasionally beep absurdly loud, even with do not disturb on, headphones in, and it will STILL Blair sound out for no reason. I work in an office that needs to be quiet! I can’t just turn my damn monitor off! Also beyond annoying when I’m trying to listen to music or edit videos and have it CONSTANTLY interrupted by this stupid fing notification I can’t get rid of that beeps makes sounds and pauses the music, and sometimes messes up my video edits and the sounds inside it! It’s also sometimes impossible to even select the notification that pops up and will constantly jitter around your screen as you try to click it. Overall a hot piece of a garbage app, make it so your damn notifications don’t make sound, tired of the damn stress your app causes. THERES NO NEED AND THERES AN EASY FIX MAKE A GOD DAMN QUIET MODE FFS (yes I already have mine sent to quiet mode and it doesn’t work 😒) ### 3/5 — Better than Libre *2026-08-22, version 2.14.1* The Dexcom seems more accurate than Libre and that’s great however, my dad cannot see the numbers. Right now every high and low alert is critical and the notification silences music. There’s no reason adults shouldn’t be able to turn off their own alerts on their phones ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-08-21, version 2.14.1* Imagine an app that wakes you up in the middle of the night to tell you your iCloud backed iPhone is low on memory.
