It’s stopped my glucose reading from showing on my lock screen, which was so handy when it worked. It’s also removed the ability to correct any mistakes made when logging which type of insulin you’ve taken - now you have to erase the whole entry rather than just amend the insulin types. Please put it back the way it was, there’s enough work to do in managing diabetes without this usually useful and well-designed app becoming less user friendly. ### 4/5 — Generally good *2026-08-02, version 1.9.0* Good app overall, though I seem to occasionally stop getting notifications for highs and have to restart the app. There’s one minor thing I’d really like to see fixed - when you are putting on a new sensor, and you’re getting the pop up saying ‘replace sensor’, if you put the sensor on and then go in the app, there’s a delay before the ‘replace sensor’ pop up displays. The problem is that the replace sensor pop up cancels anything you were doing on the app. So what happens is, I open the app to start the new sensor, I click ‘start new sensor’ and begin the process, then a few seconds in to that process the ‘replace sensor’ pop up appears, cancels whatever I was doing, and I have to start again. Really there needs to be some logic in place that means if I’m in the app, and have already pressed ‘start new sensor’, then that pop up doesn’t appear. ### 4/5 — Meal, insulin, activities on one history chart will be very useful *2026-06-27* It helps to plan ahead how much time in advance to inject insulin and how much time you’ll get hypothermia after exercises. One chart with all data please see. ### 4/5 — Works fairly well *2026-06-18, version 1.7.0* Having used the Dexcom One+ for only a few days, it’s an improvement over another CGM I’ve been using for years. My only gripe is that BT range is significantly smaller than with my old CGM on this iPhone 17 Pro. It would be useful to see meals marked on graphs and to have a night mode for after sunset settings. ### 2/5 — Add critical alerts! *2026-06-17, version 1.7.0* Otherwise I’ve had no issues but Critical alerts is sorely missed coming from LibreLink ### 3/5 — Good, needs improving *2026-06-11, version 1.7.0* Im generally a fan of this CGM as its more accurate for me vs libre. But the librelink app is FAR superior. Librelink has critical alerts, dexcom one+ does not. Librelink can connect to smartpens, dexcom doesnt. The only thing that dexcom can above librelink is that their widgets are better. If a developer is reading this. PLEASE add smart pen connections and critical alerts. Im sure if you do, you will find much more UK diabetics ask for dexcom on the NHS. ### 3/5 — Quelques améliorations *2026-05-30* Application globalement fiable et facile à utiliser, mais deux points importants mériteraient d’être améliorés. Tout d’abord, il est dommage que Dexcom ONE+ ne propose pas d’alerte prédictive d’hypoglycémie indiquant qu’une glycémie basse est attendue dans les prochaines minutes. Cette fonctionnalité existe sur d’autres systèmes de mesure continue du glucose et permettrait d’anticiper les hypoglycémies avant qu’elles ne surviennent réellement, ce qui est particulièrement utile pour les personnes sous insulinothérapie. Ensuite, il est regrettable que les alertes ne puissent pas contourner le mode silencieux de l’iPhone. Lorsqu’un téléphone est en silencieux, les alertes de glycémie basse peuvent passer inaperçues, ce qui représente un véritable enjeu de sécurité, notamment pendant la nuit ou lors d’activités où l’utilisateur ne regarde pas constamment son écran. L’application remplit bien sa fonction principale, mais l’ajout de ces deux améliorations apporterait un réel bénéfice en matière de sécurité et de confort d’utilisation. ### 4/5 — Bien, à un détail près… *2026-05-28* 👍👍👍👍👎 : Je trouve l’application claire et bien conçue. Tout juste faudra-t-il prévoir un petit temps d’adaptation pour ceux qui comme moi utilisaient un autre système auparavant. Par contre ce qui est TRÈS pénible ce sont les alarmes… Le son de ces alertes est insupportable ! On dirait la notification d’un téléphone portable de 1998. S’IL VOUS PLAIT les développeurs, autorisez l’accès de l’application aux sons de l’iPhone comme le permet l’application de votre concurrent, ou mettez-en de nouvelles plus modernes. Quand je suis au travail je n’ai pas besoin qu’en cas d’alarme mes collègues pensent que je joue à un jeu vidéo des années 80. 🙏MERCI ! ### 4/5 — Shame no direct to watch capability *2026-04-21, version 1.7.0* Shame the one plus doesn’t have the direct to watch capability like the G7 don’t know if this to do with software or hardware but if possible it would be wonderful if this could be added to the app ### 2/5 — Y’a de l’idée *2026-04-20* Ça pourrait être bien, mais il manque surtout de la fiabilité pour faire confiance à ce capteur et cette application. Je regrette qu’il n’y ai pas d’alertes en mode silencieux, le signal Bluetooth se déconnecte trop souvent, et enfin gros point noir pour moi, trop d’écarts de résultats entre le capteurs et une glycémie capillaires. A partir d’aujourd’hui j’arrête ce système, grosse hypo a 0,46 avec un capteur et une appli qui m’indique 0,83. J’ai besoin d’outils fiables, pas d’approximatif. ### 2/5 — Keeps dropping out *2026-04-19, version 1.7.0* Just switched to iPhone pro max and ultra watch 3, the watch and widget on iPhone lock screen either doesn’t update or drops out I have to open the app to force a refresh, less than ideal ### 4/5 — Résumés modèles pour la période *2026-03-24* Une fois visualisé, on ne retrouve pas les modèles dans l’historique. Cela permettrait de comparer d’une semaine sur l’autre. ### 2/5 — Should be much better *2026-02-15, version 1.6.0* Whilst they work ok, with the amount of money Dexcom get every month they should be better. The app is sadly missing bolus calculation, live activity support, and import of carbs from Health at least. It would be great to have integration with MyFitnessPal or MySugr for food and bolus. To get this I have to use 3 different apps. Not good enough. ### 2/5 — This is a very basic application *2026-02-13, version 1.6.0* Basic application. Not very user friendly when entering insulin and food logging. Very disappointing that watch complication and phone widget keeps losing sync with iPhone. This was the main option that I tried this device. Only 10 days wear time, a minimum of 14 days is preferred. I was going to change to Dexcom instead of Libre but after testing I’m not. ### 4/5 — Needs work *2026-02-07, version 1.6.0* I’m using the system on a iPhone and it’s forever loosing signal even when the phone is next to arm. Other than this great app ### 3/5 — Not working since recent iOS updates. *2026-02-06, version 1.6.0* Used to work OK before iOS updates. Appears OK on phone but less than useless on Apple Watch 10. Takes an age to install, requiring several attempts. Alerts not working. Gaps in trend line. This morning, no trend line at all. Not to be relied upon! UPDATE 6th January. There is a comms issue between the sensor and the app. Several messages yesterday about sensor error, wait for three hours. Large gaps in the graphs. However, when checking Apple Health, the data is all there. Blood glucose on Apple Health is more accurate than the app. I can see good data by day, week, month and year. iPhone 17 ProMax. IOS 26.2.1. ### 3/5 — Does not work on iPhone any more *2026-01-25, version 1.6.0* Not Dexcom’s fault but since the last iOS update the sensor no longer pairs with the phone. ### 3/5 — Ok but could be better *2026-01-18, version 1.6.0* Generally ok but the lack of graph functionality sucks. QR codes on two sensors don’t work and numbers on both not registering either, tried all the advice online, I’ll keep trying but complete waste of money so far. I bought the three pack so one more attempt left. Not sure what the alternative is in the Uk other than Zoe, which looks like my next stop! ### 1/5 — Useless and dangerous *2026-04-11, version 1.7.0* Keeps falling when it’s finally in use but if you’re lucky to get it to work, keeps stopping for hours! ### 1/5 — Ignoble *2026-02-28* C’est sérieux là ? L’application est une honte tout comme le produit, contrairement au G6. Le G6 a des alertes avant même d’être en hypoglycémie, le ONE vous devez être dans la plage d’hypoglycémie (c’est à dire en dessous de 75mg/dL) pendant 10 Minutes avant de recevoir une alerte. DIX MINUTES, vous vous rendez compte ? lorsque je dors j’ai le temps de passer de 75mg à 50mg en 10min. Le temps est crucial pour les diabétiques, si je peux avoir un apport en glucides avant mon hypoglycémie cela est plus que bénéfique, et l’application va à l’inverse de cette logique. Également il n’y a aucune notification urgente, le G6 proposait de sonner même si votre téléphone était en silencieux ce qui permettait d’être réactif. Le dexcom ONE vous demande de NE PAS ÊTRE en SILENCIEUX sinon vous ne recevrez aucune alerte sonore. Ce produit est dangereux, si vous pouvez être directement mis sur le Dexcom G6, n’attendez plus et prenez le, mais REFUSEZ catégoriquement le Dexcom One+. ### 1/5 — Dexcom ONE+ *2026-01-29, version 1.6.0* The App and Dexcom ONE+ device work hand in hand, with the device a feature disabled version of the G7. As a previous user of both, I would have to say neither lived up to my expectations with regular early sensor failure or connectivity issues. I have since moved to a competing device which has so far worked flawlessly. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-01-19, version 1.6.0* First it only lets me select the US as my region, I’m in the UK. Then I select that just to make an account and it just outright doesn’t work and gets stuck on some data consent page! Worst app I’ve ever used genuinely. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Enough with the WARNING message *2026-01-17, version 1.6.0* My real dislike for this app is the relentless and constant warning message when you open the app. Ever since moving to Dexcom from Libre the app shows this message. “Warning: Dexcom is still testing testing the Dexcom ONE+ app on this phone “ Ok, but my iPhone 16 Pro Max has been out for over 1.5 years. Perhaps it’s time to commit that it works on the phone? Either: * Remove the warning from the app. We don’t need to see it every. single. time we visit the app. * Provide a setting in the app so we can toggle the warning message Off or on. Please, for the love of our sanity, allow us to turn off that warning screen. We just need to tap the app icon, or open from the app carousel, and just use the app. No warning screen ever again. I now receive a message saying it is incompatible with my phone. I have followed the steps but it seems since your latest update something has gone very wrong. Cependant, une amélioration qui pourrait être très utile je trouve c’est d’avoir l’application disponible sur le CarPlay. Car l’autre jour j’étais sur l’autoroute, j’étais en hypoglycémie et je me suis rendu compte que je ne pouvais pas cliquer sur l’application Dexcom ONE+ sur l’écran de la voiture comme avec d’autres applications et je me suis dit que ce serait une très bonne idée que l’on puisse voir notre glycémie en temps réel directement sur le CarPlay sans devoir prendre le téléphone le déverrouiller et regarder pendant qu’on roule. ### 5/5 — DzMoha *2026-01-25* Y a t'il un moyen d'ajouter un button de correction quand on met l'insuline vu que dans l'application y a juste insuline rapide et lonte pas de button pour mettre quand on fait la correction ### 5/5 — Yes I prefer Dexcom *2025-12-23, version 1.6.0* I was using dexcom cgm sensors but admit I hastily stopped & went for other brands but I admit big mistake in doing so, they have good backup support staff & even nurse, product is easy to use & usually reliable. The one plus only last ten days it would be nice if extended to about 12 days but alas not at the moment, price is quite good although I’m on insulin & mournjaro my GP refuses to supply but Dexcom nurse advised I do qualify on nhs. No more china cgm the needles are large and often I got bleeding, I prefer install on belly as covered & don’t pull off. Adhesive skin patches are brilliant I fact a job to pull off so I use remover foam. This company are very proffesional & although my first order back with Dexcom I just bought from a pharmacy for Xmas because I like Dexcom feeling of a trusted brand. Please note Dexcom One+ App has been fixed & working brilliant, some good enhancements in software, works great on IOS 26.2, glucose reading now very accurate to finger prick blood tests my cgm shows a marginal difference of .5 to 1 deviation & I re-subscribed to this excellent but simple cgm ### 5/5 — Le top du moment pour un diabétique *2025-10-15* J’ai ce produit depuis 1 mois et je ne vois que du positif par rapport a freestyle : Capteur plus petit Pas de dysfonctionnement Et surtout avoir en direct sur sa montre sa glycémie comme regarder l’heure, c’est vraiment le top ### 5/5 — Impeccable *2025-09-20* Surpris de lire les avis récents, je m’attendais à une app inutilisable. Mais avec mon nouveau Dexcom one+, j’ai pu installer le capteur sur un bras puis tout paramétrer sans aucun soucis. Après 30 minutes de “chauffe”, j’ai les valeurs de glycémie toutes les 5 minutes sans problème. Les mesures arrivent egalement sur le récepteur prescrit par mon diabétologue et sur ma montre Apple. Beaucoup d’infos et fonctions utiles. L’app permet de calibrer par rapport à un testeur classique et semble fiable en suite. Un énorme soulagement de ne plus avoir à piquer mes doigts de musicien maintes fois par jour. Aucune déconnexion Bluetooth pour l’instant. I find it gives me the clarity and control which I can rely on to give me confidence. I find the sensor is why I stay with Dexcom. I had used the Libre2 plus first but I was very sensitive and being restricted to only using arms for the sensor. The Dexcom allows multiple areas so you can find the best spot to suit you.
