Dexo estimates your body fat from a photo, then builds the plan around it - calories, a goal physique, and training.

Snap a picture or upload one. Get a body-fat estimate and range, a calorie target, and workouts that fit the equipment you have. Fast, dark, and uncluttered.

Cutting, bulking, or just checking in. Dexo gives you a visual progress log, daily calorie and protein targets, and DexoAI sessions for full gym, a bench, a pull-up bar, or nothing at all. Estimates are approximate and for general fitness use - not a clinical measurement.

SUBSCRIPTION
Start with a 3-day free trial of Dexo Pro, then continue monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
