The reason we hit it was we were entering items in wrong. So I guess make a mistake and to have to pay for it. By the was when you delete and item. Says “Go to connections>” but there isn’t a connections option. When you go to ask for help, there is no option to open up a dialogue. Just cannot understand why accounts keeps on re-asking for the uploads to be re submitted, I know they have already been submitted as it’s tells me ready.., so assuming their access must delete the storage once reconciled!?!
