### 2/5 — Paid for pro version and didn’t get it.

*2019-01-08, version 2.4.5*

I hate adds and wanted to be able to track More than three items, so I upgraded to the pro version. After continuing to receive ads I waited to see if I would be charged for it. Now that I’ve received the bill from Apple saying that I was indeed charged for the upgrade I am disappointed that I have been unable to track more than three items and I’m still receiving ads. I have tried restoring the purchase and when I tried to send a comment I was unable to get any response.

### 2/5 — Halfway there...

*2018-11-21, version 2.4.4*

Kind of does the job. I still find if I transfer to new phone I lose everything I had in the app. Doesn’t seem to backup your items in iCloud backup. I also purchased the plus package and that won’t restore on my new phone. Seems like it should just be a subscription not an in-app purchase.

I am also sort of fearful that if the app gets killed in memory by iOS it will not be able to notify me properly. Cross referencing some things with camel camel camel it seems it has missed somethings in the past.

### 3/5 — Good app

*2018-10-28, version 2.4.4*

Really enjoy this app and utilize it frequently. Have saved significant money and scored some awesome deals while using it. However recently it has been frequently not working when trying to search for new items to add. Very frustrating especially this time of year with Holiday shopping. Hopefully the developer can get the bugs/kinks fixed! Looking forward to continuing using it regularly.

### 3/5 — The app works, but could be so much better.

*2018-06-16, version 2.4.1*

The core concept of this app works. You can add items easily, change the settings of the items, and it lets you know when the price changes. I made $80 in one week by getting an alert that a monitor that I had just just purchased went on sale for $80 less than what I had just bought it for. I purchased it on the spot and returned the first one I had bought. I received the new monitor within a day of returning the old one and got my return within a week. With that said, the design of this app is awful. As others have mentioned, the settings for each product added is accessed through the share button, which is very unintuitive. Took me a while to find. But what’s even worse is that while the premium version of the app works, it won’t let you restore your purchase. This means you can’t use the premium version on another device or even the same device after uninstalling the app (which I did twice). I’ve spent $15 on this app that I should’ve only needed to spend $5 on. Obviously, the price has been worth it, but this isn’t a reasonable way to make money on an app. If you think the app is worth more, charge more. Don’t make a “restore purchase” button that doesn’t do anything and make people buy the app multiple times. I’d happily pay $15 a year for this app if the restore purchase button worked and I could use it on multiple devices and you fixed the settings button icon. Please fix these issues. This app has the potential to be great.

### 3/5 — Helpful app but clunky

*2018-03-14, version 2.4.0*

I purchased the plus version of this app and within the first week got a lightening deal to save on some face cream that essentially paid for the app. The deal was only available for an hour first thing in the morning so without the plus version, I would have missed it (my understanding of the free version is that they only check for price changes once a day). I’ll be thrilled if I can catch my cat’s food at a lower price. Having said that, EVERY time I use this app I get frustrated with it. I have it on my phone and have tried for my iPad but it doesn’t recognize that I have the plus version there. I hit “restore purchase” and the screen doesn’t change. I hit “settings” and literally the only thing that allows me to set is my email address. Maddening. We’ll see if customer support replies. Yesterday I was trying to access price history and could not find it anywhere. I finally read in the reviews that it’s accessed through the “share” button. Why?? So overall this is clunky and not user friendly. I’ll see whether it improves this year to decide whether to renew. It has the potential to be great but at the moment I kind of hate it.

### 3/5 — Great Idea, Mediocre Execution

*2018-02-14, version 2.3.1*

The app is fairly simple but to make it useful, you need to buy the professional for $4 a year in app. This would definitely be worth it if the app was always dependable. I have already in several occasions tried to add a product with the error “Connection cannot be established try again later”. Considering money is paid for this service, this is very annoying. When it works, it’s very useful.

### 3/5 — Disappointed that there is not a dedicated iPad app.

*2018-01-15, version 2.3.1*

I have used camelcamelcamel for years on large purchase from my Safari browse. Tv’s, Appliances and computer accessories.

Save many hundreds of dollars by watching pricing trends.

Purchased the IOS application and it easily installed on my iPhone. Two major frustrations, 1) There is no dedicated iPad app. It is using the very same app as laid out and designed for an iPhone. But so-called up. 2) However most disappointed that it can not use a simple iCloud sync account to keep multiple versions hardware platforms in sync. It does point me to family share, which could be a work around.

Has anyone used this, or are you lust using limited functions on iPhone only?

Thank you.

### 2/5 — Needs a lot of improvement

*2017-12-16, version 2.3.1*

Sometimes I get alerts, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I get 10 in a matter of 10 minutes.
Tracking a pair of shoe I get alerts on options I didn’t select (like different size or color).
Most recently, it has completely changed the product I am tracking.. not sure how that happened. I am tracking two products currently and they both changed to something different. Good concept but definitely needs improvement.

### 3/5 — App Easy to Use, but...

*2017-11-07, version 2.3.0*

Intuitive app on the surface, but even though it’s set up to offer an iPad app, an iPad install and iPhone account install don’t automatically sync up to show your wish lists across devices. Also, even though I purchased the unlimited plan, there’s no ‘restore’ purchase option that I can find to make my iPad install also unlimited. It should be since unlimited was purchased by the Apple account ID.

### 3/5 — The free version works

*2017-10-05, version 2.3.0*

The app is free to download but it only lets you watch 3 items at a time. So I pod the $3.99 to get the unlimited version that would also import my wishlist. The app never changed and if I try and buy it again it just keeps telling me I've already purchased it, regardless of uninstall/reinstalls. I've contacted support and they haven't responded to my wasted money.. otherwise it would get 5 stars

### 3/5 — Could have a few improvements

*2017-08-09, version 2.3.0*

I have only been using the app (free version) for a short while, but I see a few issues already. I get multiple alerts for the same item within seconds of each other with no actual price changes. There is no way to edit the Prime only or all vendors tracking function after initially choosing this option when adding a new item to track. I am usually willing to wait to purchase most one-time buy items, so I can see value in this alert app to help me buy at a better price.

### 2/5 — Useful, but buggy version

*2017-08-02, version 2.3.0*

I downloaded this a couple of months ago and it has been very helpful. However, over the past couple of weeks, it has been spamming me with false alerts for price drops when the real pricing has changed at all. I've deleted and downloaded it again in hope of fixing the bug to no avail, and am considering deleting it for good unless they fix it. Wouldn't recommend downloading this version at all.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Well that was a fail

*2020-12-14, version 2.4.5*

Don’t bother buying the upgrade. It won’t let you import your wishlist so you have to individually add everything which is a pain. It says your wishlist isn’t public even when it really is. It won’t recognize certain products and just gives you other versions, that you don’t want, to choose from. This has potential for being an incredible app and I really do hope they fix these bugs. If they don’t fix them then I won’t be renewing my subscription.

### 1/5 — Save your money

*2020-12-06, version 2.4.5*

Bought without reading reviews (dumb), paid for the plus version, then discovered it does not work. Although my list is public, it won’t import on iPhone just keeps asking for it to be made public. Went to the ipad and there is no true ipad version, it just runs the iPhone version (not at all the same) and it won’t recognize I already purchased plus, and restore purchase function does not work at all. So, wasted $4 and got nothing. Total Fail.

### 1/5 — Non-working app

*2020-01-10, version 2.4.5*

This app worked as advertised for about a month. After that, it has failed pretty badly. Part of the time when I tried to import my list the app would say the list was empty or not public. When it did seem to work, it did not import the list. So my list would not change. I paid for the plus package and it was definitely not worth it. The other frustrating thing was that I provided feedback describing the problem and I never heard a word back. Completely dissatisfied!! Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Neglectful!! Cavalier Attitude!!

*2019-07-26, version 2.4.5*

I have written you guys before on two occasions, complaining about the inability to restore this purchased app. You indicate in your promo that the app can be shared among family members, yet I can’t even share it on my other devices. Your RESTORE PURCHASE feature DOES NOT WORK! I’m sick of being ripped off every time I try installing on my other devices! Sick of having to fight the App Store for refunds.
Previously (July 13 in fact)I was promised by a senior rep at the the App Store, that the complaint would be referred to the app management department for a resolution. It’s exactly 3 months and still no resolution. Unlike other apps, one has to re-input saved items on each device separately. They’re non transferable! You need to start working, instead of just collecting!

### 1/5 — Scam

*2019-03-26, version 2.4.5*

No longer works, If you pay to upgrade one device it DOES NOT carry over to your other devices. Also, the restore purchase is a dead link. There is ZERO response , ZERO customer service, even after days , weeks , etc. No matter how many times you email them it’s a lost cause. Save your money as it is a very buggy app as well. Lists do not import or important only specific items or even better tell you your list is not shareable when it clearly is.

### 1/5 — Loved until recently...now nothing but disdain

*2018-11-27, version 2.4.4*

This app is an amazing idea, with very poor execution. While trying to upload a wish list the app continues to say “your wishlist is empty or not public” both of which are not true. Yes you can search and add thru the actual app but who wants to add items one at a time. Several emails to the company have yielded little to no response. I will not be renewing my subscription to this app and I would suggest you save your own money by giving this one a hard pass.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2018-11-20, version 2.4.4*

Thought this would be easier and faster than the free camelizer extension available for chrome browser, I was wrong! Finally got it to load from my wish list.
Also, as others have said restore purchases doesn’t work. Don’t pay for it on other devices! I’ve had other apps that wouldn’t restore purchases, contacted customer service and they told me to use the buy button and I wouldn’t be charged again (which was correct)....so I think this app is breaking some rules!

### 1/5 — No customer support - even for the paid version

*2018-11-03, version 2.4.4*

App is not intuitive and has lots of problems. Most items I have tried to add say “Item not found”. Items I add show the wrong price. I wanted to check to be sure my email was correct and I could not find anything equivalent to “my account”. I thought, maybe if I pay for the app, that version will work better...not so. I tried using the feedback button in hopes of getting some help....two tries and not a word back. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP.

### 1/5 — Could be great, but needs a lot of work

*2018-07-01, version 2.4.2*

I was very excited at first about this app. I even paid the extra $3.99 for the premium features. I wish I had saved my money. This app is so annoying. My first complaint is that when you are importing your wishlist, you have no idea if it is actually doing it or not.

My second complaint is that after I imported my wishlist I had to go into each item and then click “done” in order to see the current price. If I did not do that, it stated it was unavailable. Who has time to do all of that?

My last and biggest complaint is that I am getting notifications for price drops that aren’t real. I get the notification, click on it so I go to the item, and there has been no price change. I am also getting notifications all day long. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

### 1/5 — Good But Could Be Great

*2017-08-07, version 2.3.0*

I've been using this app for nearly a year. It's definitely saved me money. When it works it's 5 stars. The reason I'm giving it 3 is because sometimes the notifications go a little crazy. Like 2-6 back to back for the same product crazy. I only need one.

The other improvements that would make this app amazing would be if the tracking tracked just the product I'm interested in. For instance I'm looking at a particular pair of shoes, New Balance whatever size 9 Black for $90. I set my alert for $79. I might get an alert the next day for $55. Excitedly I hit buy now and find out the $55 shoes are size 6 Blue and the shoes I want are still $90. So it's impossible to really get alerts for products that have options.

Another improvement that I'd like to see is for the tracking to stick with the product and seller I'm looking to buy from. I'm watching X product for $50. I want an alert at $45. Later that day I get an alert that it's 45. Yay! Buy now! Oh wait that $45 is from a different seller that's not Prime but charges $5 for shipping. Or even worse the price pops for $35. I'm really excited but then find out that's for a used product. I don't want alerts for used products or products with shipping if the product I'm tracking is new and with Prime.

All that said it's still a good app. I hope to see some improvements in future updates.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Can’t Restore Purchase

*2018-04-06, version 2.4.0*

Don’t purchase the Plus Package unless you like to waste your money! Zero support here except for an email that says to send feedback so they can ID your device. I had to reinstall the OS on my iPhone and there is no way to restore my “subscription” to the Plus Package. Waste of my money...

### 5/5 — Great app, great prices and 2-day shipping!

*2017-10-16, version 2.3.0*

I love this app because it keeps me signed in and I’m able to order items fast or keep a wish list. I do, however would like to be to able to copy the URL of an item so I can post to the Facebook app or to friends in an email (note to developers/marketing dept.)

### 5/5 — New to this

*2017-09-11, version 2.3.0*

I'm new to this app and so far I do like the options and convenience of marking an item and not having to check when the price goes down. Only thing I don't care for it numerous notifications on the same product. If you sent one leave it at that

### 5/5 — Better than Jarvis

*2017-08-26, version 2.3.0*

This app is like no other assistant on the market. It's perfect for a guy like me waiting for the lowest prices to get my family what they desire. It's a clearance rack for everything even the things that came out yesterday. If you really want the best bang for your buck then this app is for you. Some could even say it reduces stress levels by letting you live life without manually searching for the price that fits your budget.

### 5/5 — So far so good!!!

*2017-08-14, version 2.3.0*

At first the app wouldn't upgrade to the plus after I did the purchase. However, I contacted the app creator through their feedback spot on the menu in the app and they fixed it for me! I've had a couple of small issues since but nothing that I can't live with. Will update the longer I have this app!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2017-08-12, version 2.3.0*

Recently downloaded it, very easy to use, could have some small tweaks that would make it better, like if you are looking for a book in a certain format, it would notify you about price changes in that format. For example if you want to Kindle format, have it notify you only if the Kindle format has been reduced in price.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app for all users!

*2017-07-12, version 2.3.0*

This app is excellent for those smart shoppers that have the patience to wait for a products price to be juuuussssttttt right before they pull the trigger. Either watching multiple products for watching just one 11/10 would recommend.

### 5/5 — App won't upgrade

*2017-07-10, version 2.3.0*

If you only want to track 3 times, this is the app for you. I downloaded this and liked everything it had to offer so I shelled out the $4 for unlimited wishlist and no ads. Having a price history on top of that is a huge bonus.

Unfortunately, the app won't upgrade to give me those features. Uninstall/reinstall, repurchase, etc and nothing. The app says it'll restore my purchase for free, but I haven't seen it happen yet. If "customer service" helps me out, this is an easy 5 star app.. but this app hasn't had an upgrade in a year, so I'm not keeping my hopes up.

TL;DR: Don't buy the premium. App needs an update before you can rely on it

### 5/5 — Easy to use and learn in minutes

*2017-01-20, version 2.3.0*

This literally took about 3-5 minutes for me to link this to items on my wishlist. It is eye opening to see the price fluctuations and that other vendors can have drastically different prices. A must have for anybody looking for a deal or to save up those dollars for retirement instead of overpaying on goods.

### 5/5 — Better Than Expected

*2017-01-12, version 2.3.0*

I installed the app on the off chance it would save me some money and to my surprise it saved me $30 in the first week I installed it. A vacuum I missed out on wouldn't lower in price for months. I installed this app and it notified me when the price dropped.

There are some functionality issues but if it works well enough to notify me of a $30 price difference, I have to give it 5 stars.

I thought the subscription fee was a bit much but I'll probably pay it now that I see the app actually works.
